Hello, welcome to our stress less online course. I'm Mary green Smith. And I have put together this course for you to help you cope better with all the stresses around you in your life. So what I have done is collected up different natural health methods, lots of exercises that you can practice, and lots of information that will help you be able to have a different reaction to the stress around you. Now, of course, our world is full of stressful things. But our ability to change how we react to the stress around us will depend on what tools we have available to us at that time.

So a lot of the information here you will find will be really useful to practice so that it becomes a natural habit when you need it in those stressful moments. Now, of course, I can't change what is happening around you. But what I can do is help you change how you're going to react to those stressors around you. And what it may mean is that actually, you start understanding your stress levels, what is happening to your body, and you're able to make better choices to create the life that you want to live. I am a homeopath. I'm a Classical Homeopathy.

And I work in Europe. I travel around. I live on a boat I travel, and I work as I go. What I want to inspire to you is that you can choose how you are going to live your life and how How you are going to react to everything around you. So we've got lots of mind exercises to help you cope in the spur of the moment. We've also got lots of information about helping you during sleep if you're being kept awake at night, how to quiet in the mind when you need to do that.

And also, we'll be looking at what you need to explore about your anxiety, where has it come from? How does it affect you physically and emotionally? And what is available to help you naturally so that you can change your future. You don't have to carry on as you have been forever. This is the time where you can start making changes and make a better tomorrow. So I'm really looking forward to seeing you on the course and helping with any questions or queries that you have along the way.
