Let's have a look at exercise and anxiety. Here are some exercise facts. People who exercise generally sleep better. People who exercise generally can fall to sleep better. Known exercises are usually more sleepy, and yet suffer from anxiety more often. sitting still for eight hours a day can lead to poor sleep.

And it doesn't matter what time of the day you exercise, your sleep and your anxiety levels as well as your overall health will improve. So first of all, what we want to do is find the right exercise for you. We want to find something that you can do easily. We want to plan to spend 20 minutes a day that's 20 minutes in your daily schedule. And I find it really helps if you can let your You know, put it in your calendar and tell everybody about it, write it down and talk about it, because this helps with your commitment. The other thing that really helps with your commitment is finding something that you enjoy.

So, whether it be yoga or running, or playing a sport with others, find something that makes you smile and that you enjoy. There are some other ideas yoga we mentioned, polities joining an exercise, class, cycling, walking, even chair, exercises for those that can't get out and do a lot of exercise. team sports and what I haven't mentioned here is of course dancing. Dancing makes a lot of people smile. So by having daily exercise, we will be contributing to more restful sleep will be contributing to sleeping more easily being able to fall asleep more easily and increasing your deep sleep periods. So therefore, it exercise will be lengthening your daily rest period, which will no doubt improve your overall health.

So, once you started You need to keep it going 20 minutes a day for at least five days a week. You need to do this for four to six weeks to begin seeing improvements in your sleeping qualities. You need to increase your physical x activities then to 30 minutes a day. And if it makes you smile and if it makes you happy, then it's all the more more beneficial for you. So step by step, we need to choose An exercise that you can begin to do now, we need to tell your family because this leads to commitment, we need to tell everybody we talk to, and we need to write it down somewhere. We need to do something today.

Latest tomorrow. But let's think of something that actually you can fit into your life today. And it might be that you choose something like swimming twice a week. And on the other days, you do something that's really easy to do, like yoga or dancing to a video that you can do in the house doesn't require going out. But you can begin to do something. Or go for a walk doesn't matter where you are, walk swiftly.

And this will be good exercise for you. But choose something that you're able to start doing today. And then For six weeks time, you'll be able to choose something else that was more difficult to go into give yourself more time to plan it. Today is just the first step. You can do this. It's time to change something and you need to change something to change your future.
