This course is designed for adults who are nurturing pre-teens.
Many adults admit that they skip the uncomfortable talk about sex because they themselves are not comfortable talking to their preteens about sex.
Mostly because they think that they are too young and innocent for such a heavy topic, but in today's reality that discussion has become a critical area of prevention, and many adults are seeking support to protect their children. So, know that you are not alone.
Despite their discomfort, these adults also admit that they don't want their children to be influenced by social media, peers, trial and error, and other such sources of information.
Equally important, research has shown that some mental problems are rooted in unresolved child sexual assault. This contributes to the cycle of abuse. Remember that hurting children may grow up to be hurting adults, and hurting adults hurt themselves and others.
So during this purple month and beyond together, we can work to help humanity one child at a time.
