For the purpose of running this Design Sprint to kick start a Scrum project, we only focus on the day 1 and day 2 of the 4 days Design Sprint 2.0
On the 2nd day, we do a modification of the standard Design Sprint 2.0. We combine the morning and afternoon activities into one and replace the afternoon activities with Agile planning.
