I can see how you would feel now that it would be easier in some ways to just let them run wild and entertain themselves. Even if it does mean some extra bumps and bonk stone books, lost toys, colored walls and difficult at times. Not only will they not learn older they could, but they'll also probably be less happy and fulfilled in life and those around them will be less happy as well until they're able to learn the simple basic lessons of obedience, concerned for others self control and discipline. Often the hard way if you don't teach them early on, because everything else in life, it's easier to learn the younger we are and also much less dramatic. It is way better to teach them sooner rather than later. Or they will end up in a lot of trouble with law self control self this And so many other things.

Discipline starts early. Some children have more agreeable or vegan personalities, and others more active, boisterous self willed personalities. But the guidelines you set and the discipline you give them as very young children, before they even get get into the terrible twos, it will last them a lifetime. You must realize that you're not just working with a child, but you're forming an adult. You shouldn't be discouraged or disappointed in your children when they misbehave or need some training, correction or discipline. You shouldn't see it as a sign of your own failure.

They won't be perfect, just as you and I are not perfect, and they will likely need lots of guidance, loving, consistent discipline throughout their growing years. As they learn these lessons.
