Hi, everyone. So we're going to go through a little bit of Facebook business manager in order to find some key metrics that we can include in our report. As you can see here, there's a lot going on. But there are ways to figure out what metrics are being measured for all of your campaigns, as well as how to find some new ones. So when you log into business manager, you're going to want to make sure you're in the ads manager section here. Then you'll be able to see all of your recent campaigns, and some good information.

These tabs here indicate whether the campaign is on or off, you can pause a campaign with these switches, and also if they're being delivered or not. Based on the goals that you set in the beginning of your campaign, this results column will tell you how many things happened. So for example, this is video views, versus link clicks. We'll also see our other important information like reach and impressions, and is how much budget we spent or the total budget have each campaign. In order to find other metrics that might be more relevant to your goals. You can choose any of these options here.

You'll notice delivery, engagement, video engagement, and others. But what I suggest is going to this customize columns section. When you select Customize columns, you'll be presented with a lot of options, you can select which metrics you'd like to see. So for example, we can check cost per click, click through rate, but we don't want to see results or reach. And there's a lot of different opportunities for you to see different categories. If you're looking for clicks to your website, for example, or conversions after a user visits your website, there's options here to do that.

And if you hover over all of the metrics, you have a small explanation of what they are and how they're measured by Facebook. You can also rearrange them in order to see the order of the metrics and whatever works best for you. Once we click Apply, you'll see our columns have updated. You can also use break down. This drop down allows you to reorganize some of your campaigns. And so you can see by day by weeks how many results you had and every two weeks or by month.

You can also notice here if you're specifically trying to reach a certain certain demographics such as age or gender, you can break out the results that way as well. So we'll click age, just an example. Now we can see who we reached based on their age. If you'd like to see how a certain ad performed, you can select the campaign and then go over to AD sets or ads. You'll see here we have three ads in this campaign, and we can see how many impressions they earned the cost per 10 second video view and some other key metrics. We can customize these further as well, or pick a default arrangement.

Once you've selected the columns that are most appropriate for you and the report that you want to see, you can click this reports drop down and then select Export table data. This will allow you to download the information as either a CSV or an Excel file. So then you can manipulate the data further
