All righty, welcome back and welcome to the first official section of this course. And this section is one of my favorites as it is some of the most useful information we'll discuss. We'll be talking about tempo methodology. So what is tempo methodology? Well, it's something that was originally discovered by this super wise old guy back in the 18 hundred's named Shawn Maluku. Just kidding, guys, this methodology for managing your time was created by myself.
Okay, because Albert Einstein said it best. The only source of knowledge is experience. Okay, so instead of just hitting you with basic practices that are already out on the internet, and all this kind of information that everyone has seen, I'm going to be giving you information that I discovered on my own. It's what I use every single day of my life to stay active. productive as possible. Plus, the tempo methodology effect isn't some super complex theory, because again, ain't nobody got time for that.
Essentially, tempo methodology is what I call the steps and processes needed to be able to effectively manage your time to increase productivity, which ultimately makes it feel like you have more time in the day. And let me tell you, this works. It works extremely well. So again, what exactly is it it's essentially broken up into five different steps, test, evaluate, manage, plan, and operate. This isn't just a set of steps. It's a routine, a routine that is supposed to be rinsed and repeated over and over again, and again, constantly improving on each iteration.
Oh, and if you didn't catch that, the steps spell out tempo. Okay, which is defined as a rhythm or a pattern, hence why I chose the name tempo methodology. See, I told you that Shawn guy was kind of smart, but let's learn more about this and how it's applied in the following lectures. So I'll see you then.
