Once again, I want to extend a big welcome to you, and thank you for coming on board. The first tool I'd like to introduce to you is the Trello tool. It has 10 million users and definitely popular. It's a visual based drag and drop planning system. And each board has its own project. The reason I'm giving you this tool is because you will be using resources like sound and video and I want to walk through them with you and demystify these online tools.

I don't need you wasting time. By looking at me working on the projects, you learn quite a lot, and it's a visual fun learning environment that I want to create for you. So let's move on to the course. First of all, I'll give an overview of the course talk to you about the tool base six, this four components of a planning tool, for example, there's lots of planning tools and indeed other tools out there. But I'm actually just working with my favorite ones that I use, I'd be very happy. If you find a different tool that works for you tell us what was right for you.

And we can discuss it and create an interactive course that other people might enjoy. It's very important that we share ideas. And that's what I hope for this course, lots of tools exist and lots of tools are used depending on your needs. So this is a great planning tool. The Trello site, cards do many cool things. You click on a card and drag as an openness, then you can type in what you'd like the card to do.

So here you can see it's my website that's being typed in. And then we see this tackle ping, which is just an image that you can put onto your cards. Just brighten them up a little bit and you can delete them, you can remove covers and add your own covers. So here you can see a planning card. I've made my planning card for this website. I call the planning and I want to plan our graphics, our websites, how we're going to create cool text and the editing of our text, the resizing of our text, the making of labels.

Here's the same thing. We're going to learn how to import graphics, adding effects to our images. Going to learn how to download sound Audacity. Well, basically we have learned how to download and it's just I find audacity quite a good tool, but I actually prefer to use WAV I have to pay for that. I must admit, you can change and crop pitches. You can import and edit sound, excuse spelling there have changed.

It's just that I was. Yeah, that's fixed now quite easily. So you can change the speed or spirit of ascend. And you can do quite a lot with sound, just to make a little bit more exciting your work. Sound is really important and music, it just adds a little bit of people to your work and people enjoy it. So you will learn in the overview here, how to crop and change pitch and speed of sound and get rid of unwanted sounds increased last and so on.

You can also learn how to just take out kind of noise out of your sound. And we'll explore that in the sound section all these different things that we can do. So there's also Resources section which is going to look at our word searches and crossword making. And this is the planning tool. It's kind of a wishlist that I hope to get through for you. I want to source these online tools and share as much as I can with you, so that you will just learn and feel equipped.

There's a huge amount out there. Some of it is text and intellectual and some of it is just fantastically creative. Here's the stickers frame. The Trello happen. It's a really cool that you can just add to your resource just you can see that little green hand going over there, and the little rock up there for us and it's just a way of brightening up the cards that we make. Labels are another great tool can create a label and color code your cards how important they are or whether they've been done done or not.

It's up to you how you interpret the labels, you can change the background of your labels, you can do power ups, power ups, are a really good way of adding calendars and lots of visual effects to your calendar, you can have members assigned to do jobs and you can remind them or have messages sent to them. And they can collaborate with you on projects in real time. And as well as changed, the other is changed so everyone's on the same wavelength, wavelength. And you can click the Show menu then you get onto labels and you just play around with the two. So that's my introduction to Trello comm a very handy to thanks minion. Enjoy
