You don't need to know a thing about the chakras to benefit from this workshop! In this brief introduction I'll share what's included and tell you a little bit about what the chakras are: Here's what's in store:

  • a brief introductory video and e-book to introduce you to the chakras and the content of this workshop
  • a 1 hour and 45-minute yoga practice to unblock and align the chakras, letting energy flow openly and abundantly
  • a 14 minute guided chakra balancing meditation recording
  • a video covering each chakra, what it represents and ways to unblock it 
  • an e-book with all information covered plus custom-curated chakra balancing recipes 

It doesn't matter what order you start these. If you have the time (21/2 hours to be precise) to ingest it all at once, I recommend starting with the yoga practice to really balance and align, then move onto the informative chakra video. Then revisit both, as well as the guided meditation, whenever you need to balance yourself. It's all about you, and what works best for your energetic system.
