This speedreading part of the training is the most difficult and dangerous.
Let us start with risk scenarios:

Moving to speedreading too fast. If you suppress subvocalization before you get 100% retention using visual associations, you will miss most of the text you read. The most common problem reported by our students: "I read 600wpm and hardly remember anything of what I read". It takes time for the visual associations to become sufficiently fast that the subvocalization can be suppressed.
Obsessing about subvocalization. It is ok to subvocalize some of the words you read, maybe as many as 5% of the words. It is definitely ok to subvocalize some names and numbers. Some logical arguments need subvocalization to be understood, this is the way our brain is built. Completely removing subvocalization may render some aspects of the text incomprehensible.
Overthinking. If you think of how you read instead of thinking about what you read, you cannot progress effectively. The brain is...
