The course is available for one full year from initial registration. You have access to a Licensed Real Estate Instructor for questions and answers. Parts 1, 2, and 3 must be completed. Upon completion, you will be redirected to take the course's final exam and pay $99. The exam consists of one hundred questions and is timed for 3 hours. Upon successful completion, with a grade of 70% or higher, you will receive your Certificate of Completion required to take the state examination to get your real estate license.
