Requirements

Equipment that may be needed during a Pelacore class:

  • Yoga mat
  • Pilates ball or pillow
  • Stability ball or chair
  • Exercise band - a long stretchy band is ideal for all exercises
  • Wedge for prenatal classes
  • Hand weights (1-2, or 3 lbs.)
  • Gliders or paper plates
