However, if you're not married and you desire to be married this visualization will help you to attract your soulmate, your ideal partner and create a deep loving really I want you to imagine the higher quality that you want to experience and become that quality. You will attract the reflection of the quality from which you vibrate from.
Anchor that vibration from your being and the perfect man or woman, for you will respond. You will manifest your lover into your life I want you to begin by closing your eyes and imagine that golden ball of light hovering over your head, one foot above your head. That's Chevron shimmering cleansing light from God is going to scan your body and release any energy that doesn't serve you. Imagine that cleansing process taking place as you open up your mind and allow the light to come in through your mind chakra and go down behind your eyes and down your face and down into your neck chakra. Be mindful and conscious of your vibrations. Allow the light to scan through your shoulders and down your own.
And out of your hands. Allow it to go down through your solar plexus down throughout your root chakra. scan your body and wherever you're holding tension release it now allow the light to cleanse you go in and shine on the dark areas of your body. Let it go down through your lakes throughout your feet in deep deep deep down into the air and now the ball appears under your feet. Allow it to scan your body and cleanse you back through the soles of your feet. up your legs throughout your root chakra and your solar plexus until exactly In your heart space, cleanse it and release any doubt, fear and lack or any energy that no longer serves you.
Let it go. cleanse your body with the light of God and allow the light to come up through your neck chakra throughout your face, relaxing the muscles in your body. And as it sits behind your mind, you observe your thoughts how they go in and out. They move forward and backwards. Just let them flow. You're going to begin creating a vivid image of your ideal, perfect, deep loving and abundantly connected relationship.
Allow the light to go up Throw your mind into hover over your head showering down rain, as it is cleansing you and preparing you for this very important step in your reality. Now I want you to imagine right now that you're in that higher quality relationship with someone. You can even picture your boyfriend or girlfriend, your lover, your spouse, your partner and how you would like to manifest that abundance into your relationship. How would you feel if you manifested your soulmate or your ideal partner? What would that feel like to you? What quality which you experience in the relationship that you may be in right now?
Knowing that this person is your soulmate? What needs do you have in your current relationship that needs enhance to become this ideal relationship for you? Imagine how it would feel and feel your weight into it right now. What would it feel like if you had the highest quality relationship in every aspect And in every way which you feel freedom, love, adoration, peace, happiness, prosperity, abundance, well being. Enjoy. These are all higher quality vibrations in which you need to vibrate from.
Choose high vibrating frequencies and qualities that you will experience. Once you have this ideal relationship that you're going to manifest and bring into fruition Think of how it feels to be in a deeply connected and loving relationship with someone who really connects with you. On deep levels of high vibrations is so powerful and it is full of bliss. follow your bliss. Feel your way into this love frequency. It's contagious.
What does it feel like? notice your breathing and how your posture changes as you feel this feeling into your body. really bring this into Your body and bring the scene into your mind that will allow you to fully feel the expressive of this higher vibration of love. Pick one scene in your mind that represents how you might experience that one quality. So amazing for an example. If you want inner peace in your life, you might think of an often common situation that you experience peace and energy connected to peace.
Really take in that energy on a deep cellular level and fill your way into that space of peace. Regardless of what you may be experiencing right now in your current reality, manifest peace into your life. Once you anchor this experience of inner peace, anything can happen in your life and instead of reacting to it you'll be able to connect right away with your inner peace. If you want more love in your life, Imagine a future event where you might experience the high quality of love. See yourself experience that feeling in that quality in a picture, a very vivid picture of this event and keep returning back to this one picture. That gives you that feeling and that high vibrating quality of love.
If the feeling you want to experience is abundance really allow yourself to connect with the sense of abundance And allow yourself to express that event and an image in your mind and only begin expressing this quality. For example, if a large bill comes in the mail instead of feeling lack or fear or complete annoyance, just picture the one image and feel your way back into the vibration of abundance and rise above your situation. Whatever that picture or image is in your mind, that represents abundance Just feel the feeling of it. Because your mind knows no difference between the picture and reality. Attract abundance because of the feeling of the higher vibration of abundance and attract it into your current situation as if you already have it even as a mountain of bills may sit upon your desk, just begin picturing the image of abundance and what it feels like to be in a happy and abundant relationship with no lack, no stress, no fear and nothing annoys you.
You are anchored and rooted in peace and love and prosperity. Now as you are picturing this scene, notice the details. Notice other people around you and notice the clothes you're wearing and the colors that are around you. Take a moment and observe if the picture of is down or if is bright. brighten it make it more vivid. Let the light in to fill in the contrast and the dark.
Take a moment to color in the details of this event. What are you feeling right now? absorb that feeling on a cellular level, absorb it into your sales your atoms, your molecules throughout your entire body that it's soaking into your organs. every fiber of your being what does it feel like? Just relax and express this higher quality effortlessly. Let it flow in Notice if this picture is becoming more bright.
If it's them, still brighten it. And notice the higher qualities that you want to bring into this image as it expands and amplifies for you. Free the nice fillings in release any film that no longer serves you just notice this picture as if you're stepping into it like on a big movie screen dial into it. by dialing into a higher frequency, imagine yourself turning up the dial to feel in the color. Bring in the full expression of your emotions. How do you feel to be with your soulmate?
Walking and standing and loving in inner peace and deep heart connections. slowly let the details of that scene fade and continue to experience those feelings in your physical body. Breathe in those feelings into your body as you take in a deep breath And start to move your body and feel the quality of those feelings and notice that you are different. What represents abundance to you? Imagine yourself in a field of plenty yielding happily high vibrating energy for you to absorb and soak in abundance Your imagination is the most powerful energy creating tool that you have. And whenever you're using this tool there are no rules other than being inventive, and creative as possible in the moment of imagining.
Sometimes we use our imaginations to miss create. We draw things to us that doesn't serve us well at all. We're always manifesting our lives every day unfolding and expanding our realities. To create deliberately is to use your imagination and feel the experience that you want to manifest and draw it into you. You can see and feel your way around any life you want to live. Make the picture more vivid.
Make it real, make the colors real. Make the smells real the sounds if you're the type of person that likes to be out in nature and you desire to attract your soulmate. And they would know that you love nature because they to love nature. Create an image of being out in nature with the water moving. In the sun shining down on your body, how does it feel? Notice where this future imaginary event takes place.
In your mind, make the colors vivid and intense. Feel the objects in the scene. fill them in. Imagine Smells like the picture be 360 degrees wide all around you, above you, below you. integrate it in, let it become a part of you fill the higher quality you want and bring in and intensify your experience of it. Again, notice the smells and the sounds and the tones of your voice or his voice or her voice while you patiently wait for the moment to come to pass for you to manifest This primary deep loving and connecting relationship.
Continue to imagine that you have a dial in you can dial up the intensity and intensify the feeling within you. Make it as real as possible for you. And if your thought starts to wander, bring them back to the scene and the feeling and the quality that you want. It's okay for your thoughts to wander. That's what our mind does. It goes back into past goes into the future comes back into our present moment.
Bring your thoughts To the scene that you want to manifest vividly picture this scene by first filling the quality unfolded let it expand its territory. The key to attracting anything is to see and feel the quality with in you first. You become the vibrational match to whatever energy that you are putting out. So continue to make the picture real in your mind. so real that you can touch it. can see it you can hear it You can smell it.
Regardless of what's happening in your current reality it is real to you and you are working on manifesting it. follow your bliss and allow all of your senses to bring it to you, by attracting it to you by again, dialing into that higher frequency. Bring the full expressions of these moments in these emotions and harmonize with it. Bring it to the surface of your senses. Bring it into the feeling of it into the present reality and the feeling is what begins to draw that experience. To us, the more you can put yourself in this image in this creative, vivid picture no matter what, Place yourself there.
The more you can do that, the more rapidly you will experience it in your present reality. Just by creating the feeling and the quality of the relationship that you want, and don't settle for less. The more you do this, the more frequently you will experience having this quality in your life. For example, you might want to attract inner peace. You might want to attract more money into your life. Because you feel by doing so will give you more inner peace.
Regardless of the channel, through which you believe inner peace will come. When you start connecting with the feeling of inner peace, you're not only will track the money, the career, the deep loving relationships, you manifest the essence which is what will transform your life entirely anyway. start connecting with the feeling of inner peace and begin manifesting everything that you need by becoming what you need. We manifest people, places and things in every area of our lives every day so when we use our imagination to sow positive, high vibrating seeds into our future and connect with them feeling of that future version or aspect of our lives, we can manifest it, if we believe it with expectancy, that we can achieve it. This is a way to achieve it. While being connected to the higher quality that you want to create, your desires will flow and manifest naturally.
Of course, we're metaphysical beings in physical bodies. Of course, there's power in action. So wherever your spirit and your intuition and your guides and God leads you Go without any reservations, knowing that your life is predestined your thoughts, plants seeds, and you are going to reap a bountiful harvest as you wait patiently stack up your blessings. This is how you stumble upon your blessings. Our high frequency vibrations created it in our vibes attracts it to us when the contrast shows up and it will make the choice right then and there.
