Each time you breathe in, imagine breathing in higher refined energy of the vast metaphysical energy that you are that non physical being. Continue to breathe into that to the spirit of who you are.

Now, I want you to imagine that you have a magnet in the center of your head, that it's going to magnetize and call back any energy that you have scattered out into the universe. You're going to need your energy for this powerful guided visualization and for the integration of every aspect of the best future version of yourself. Allow All of your energy to come back to you. Even the energy that you muster into different projects with different people, and just from doing different things throughout the day, just call back all of your energy to you right now. Breathe in to the lifeforce energy that flows through your body and on an exhale released the energy that's not serving you. Just imagine all the fullness of who you are coming back into your physical body.
