In this meditation, I want you to connect to your best future self. You're going to connect with the best, physically fit and optimally healthy self. We're going to begin by breathing in and breathe out. Breathe in slow, deep breaths again, breathe in. And breathe out. Relax in your seat or wherever you're sitting, sit comfortably.

I want you begin thinking about being on a beach. And you can see the sun's horizon setting over the horizon. As the sun sets in, you're looking to the left and to the right. you're beginning to see orbs of light coming towards you. Those orbs of light are hundreds versions of you some versions you have made unhealthy choices, and that version of you is living in an unhealthy body. And there are some versions when you have made good choices, healthy choices, and you're living a very comfortable and healthy life.

I want you to begin to connect with the brightest, most vibrant version of your future self that is living in its optimal body. Optimal, healthy, conscious body. That light is coming closer and closer. It's getting bigger and bigger and then reverse Have you? walks towards you and stands right in front of you? I want you to acknowledge your shape Are you overweight?

You shouldn't be. If you are in your wanting to lose weight, then you need to connect with the best physically fit, optimal healthy version of yourself. I want you to take a look at the appearance Are you physically fit? Is your skin glowing? You feel energized In full of vitality you feel so healthy and full of energy. Your age is only a number.

You are not your age. Your Spirit is infinite. And your spirit is full of source energy. The energy that makes you strong in able to conquer your tasks in your assignment, your energetic and you are going to run your race As you fulfill your purpose, you're going to begin formulating a plan that best suits you. Your intuition from your best future self is going to connect with you and lead you to the correct steps to take for you to become your best physically fit in optimally healthy self. You sleep well at night you awake, fresh filling Ready to accomplish your tasks.

As you write down the foods that you eat, take note of what types of foods you are eating, that makes you sluggish or drains your energy. Create a list with two halfs. And on the left side, write down healthy choices. And on the right side of that list, right, unhealthy choices. You're imagining your best future self guiding you as you write down the foods in the beverages and the products that you put on your body that are healthy for you to eat, to consume, and to utilize. Just begin to write it down.

Let the pin flow as you write down your healthy choices. Take note of how those foods make you feel as you consume them and use them. Take note of how energetic you are and how clear you think Think because of the foods that you have eaten. For now on, you're going to be guided intuitively guided to making healthier choices over the things that you consume in utilize because your Spirit knows that your body is the temple, God, our Creator and we should keep our temple clean so that we can discover our purpose, stand in our greatness and make our contributions to humanity. On the other side, the right side of the list I want you to intuitively see to connect to the best future version of yourself that will use your penmanship and transpose and transpire the foods that you have ate or eaten that have caused you health problems.

Foods are unhealthy for you. Be mindful and cognitive of the types of chemicals that are in those foods in products that you consume and utilize those things calcifies your pineal gland and causes unhealthy circumstances. Be mindful of the foods that have dyes in them. pesticides and words that you cannot pronounce. From this moment on, you will begin to Eat to Live. As you eat to live, you'll notice weight dropping off of your body.

You'll begin to notice your blood pressure decreasing hypertension evaporating diabetes transmuted flush your system with clean water. Drink plenty of clean water, spring water, coconut water, water that is high in ormus natural minerals that gives your body vitality your liver will be detoxed. Your kidneys and bladder will be detoxed. As you eat to live, you will detoxify and decalcify Your body and pain your plan. mindful consciousness and awareness of what you eat and what you drink. And what you put on your body is optimal success for your life.

I wish you health prosperity as you connect to the best physically fit, optimal body What size clothes Do you wear? What is your ideal body weight? Let your spirit guide you to making conscious decisions as it pertains to your life and your temple. I wish you well being prosperity and love as you begin Your daily or weekly exercise routines. You'll notice that you don't have to work so hard because you have connected and aligned your body with the spirit of your best physically fit. So as alignment takes place your health will shift to optimal success wants you to breathe in.

Success in breathe out optimal health breathing mindfulness. in breathe out conscious awareness. I want you to relax. Continue to relax and come back to your body. You'll feel the chair or the seat below you supporting you. You're so aware of how you feel right now.

And you've seen the words on your list and you're going to begin to write them down. You're going to begin to research healthier choices, organic choices. Just take it all in. absorb in the positive energy of self. Your best physically fit self. It pulsates in breathe in and out Have a blessed day
