- You will get a toolkit of 150 powerful activities in the 8 areas of self-care, play with mantras to express new beliefs about yourself, and make gratitude part of your daily routine.
- All in all, you will fall in love with yourself again.
You will get:
- 2 videos and a series of Personal Tasks.
- Over 1 hour and a half of learning and reflection to complete at your own pace.
- The inspiration and knowledge of a TED talk combined with the increased self-awareness, actions, and results of a coaching session.
