Hi, I'm Tony factory thank you for joining me today on the video series living the lessons. Today's video, this week's video that is called mastering your emotions. So there are three points that I wish to convey in this video and that is, understand your emotional constitution. What type of person are you? What types of thoughts do you entertain on a regular and consistent basis? Know that your thoughts drive your emotional well being.
So if you are entertaining disempowering negative thoughts, then that has an effect on your emotions. You might be prone more towards disempowering emotions rather than positive emotions. So knowing our emotional constitution is vitally important. Therefore as we get to know our emotional constitution Do not respond to your environment, a prime case might be someone cuts you off in traffic and Person A reacts to that stimuli, Person B is rather peaceful and does not let that external event dictate their internal environment. And so two cases, which are quite distinct can be quite important lessons for us. And that is we don't allow the outside world to respond to us.
Now, that does not mean become mute to your outside environment. It just means resort your inner world to your inner landscape. Which leads me to the third point and that is maintain emotional homeostasis. homeostasis means equilibrium and balance. When we attain equilibrium and balance or emotional balance. Nothing can distract us our external events do not have an effect on our internal world.
And so we maintain a sense of peace we maintain a sense of balance. A sense of joy, happiness, and this is maintained through a number of aspects and met ease by continually going within and not letting the outside world dominate our inner landscape. Thank you for joining me today on this video master your emotions Stay tuned for Friday's episode on tiny factory
