Hi, I'm Sandy factory. Thank you for joining me today on this video blog entitled living the lessons. This week's lesson is the power of emotional detachment. Despite most people's belief of detachment, detachment does not mean apathy it does not mean not caring. In fact detachment means surrendering it means letting go. The attachment means not becoming invested in the outcome.

Within when you are tied to an outcome, you limit the creative possibility, the creative potential for a even better solution to occur. So what tends to happen is we have this interview, this view of life and when life does not mean match our expectations, then suffering ensues and all the accompanying emotions which match that. So detachment invites you to let go. So I want you to practice over the coming weekend and the coming weeks, just letting go. And Harry, you're like, let go mentally let go emotionally. And how do you do that?

Right? Let go of how you think things should turn out how things should eventually have a very limited expectation of events. And you'll be pleasantly surprised when life comes knocking on your doorstep in the most unexpected way. Life thrives on creativity, life thrives on the unexpected. And in order to allow the unexpected to show up. You need to be in a state of detachment, emotionally and mentally.
