Welcome to A Biblical Christian Worldview. There 3 sections to the course, with suggested breaks and activities between. This is intentional. It gives time for reflection and immersion. And of course, it helps you to develop and write your own worldview in response to the activities and prompts. What will you cover in the course? The course is all about helping you to understand your worldview and the impact on your teaching, course development, within a Christian education setting. The short course begins by explaining that you have a worldview, then moves to explore how we can think about a Biblical Christian Worldview. And we finish by developing an understanding of how we include a biblical worldview into our curriculum, teaching, and learning, through an emergent transforming vision. A short activity is included for review, to help you consider and reflect on what a Biblical Worldview might look like in practice. On completion, you will walk away with a sound understanding of worldviews, and the beginnings of your own statement of philosophy of biblical Christian education.
