Transcript

Yesterday we talked about their shit hitting the fan and chaos and turmoil and all of those things. Now that's sort of part of life, especially if you're changing your energy. And this is what this day is about day 19 is about change. It's about getting comfortable with change and being okay with it and not resisting change. Because as you see, the everything is changing the whole planets changing. So if you resist that change, you resist your evolution, you resist being more having more finding your happiness, finding your abundance.

So love change. So when someone says change, you say, okay, when you have changes, it's a it's one of those things that you need to see what you need to change how you need to change and really life shows you how to do that, or sometimes changes just to take you to a further place. If you say to the universe, I want this. It says okay, well you need to change that. So I'm going to show you what you need to do to change. So when you master your energy you master your life.

And five good reasons to change, world change stretches you, it elevates you, it pushes you out of comfort zone, you get to experience more because you get to do different things. And B if you find out who you are, when you do, you don't just stay the same, you don't conform, and it makes you flexible and adaptable. And you do have more fun when you say okay, well whatever happens happens and if you because when you're rigid and you know, rigid is all if you want something a certain way to live ever go the way you wanted. I have not met anybody yet. Only the people that say well, it's all meant to be and I allow it to flow, and I find a message and then so it's those ones that sort of be like the river, they flow and they're changing with whatever shows up.

So and to accommodate whatever showing up. So that's really what change is about. It's about accommodating what shows up. It's about being able to deal with something more constructively than resisting it and a hole and going in fear and not changing. And what it says here it takes more energy and effort to resist change than it does to accept us. So it does which view to contain yourself and keep yourself a certain way does take energy because you have to control whereas you just allow its flow it actually is less energy.

And it says people resist change because it brings the feelings of fear of the unknown. Yeah, so the unknown. The more you practice changing, the more you practice being okay with change, the easier it is, and you you know, it would like life is just way easier. And then how to controlling it just so is when we change, we adapt and move forward. When we don't we move backward. So as the world changes, and as it evolves, and as you can see, you know, work environments change, families change the whole planet changes, you need to change.

It's like, it's like it goes without saying today that you need to adapt to be flexible. Because back in the old days, you could probably stay the same for many years. Today, you can't because one minute something's like this, the next minute, it's changed minute, next minutes is it's gone. Life is really fast and changes adjust, you know, instant heard. That's why you need to be prepared to have an instant change, to be ready to receive abundance and to be flexible in the way this is all done. And then you'll have a more happier and free life.

So there is an exercise for you to participate in and that's Make a list of 10 daily activities or tasks or routines and write down how you will change or do differently. For example, taking a different route to work, talking to someone you don't normally speak with. So when you do something different, it's like don't go in a routine get out of your routine, get out of your routine on driving to work, get out of your routine and you know who you normally speak to get out of the routine of what you would have for breakfast or what you listen to decide just to go for change and get out of this routine. And in that that disrupts your energy as well and it starts changing your energy and you know, choose something that's productive. Choose something that's advanced as you always choose something that you know will be different a good different and you just get used to moving moving house moving friends or whatever different haircare different outfit, just go for the norm go for something different so that change doesn't hurt you as much.

It really hurts. The people that like to keep the status quo and keep everything a certain way and have a routine. And that's kind of impossible in life, because life isn't like that. And so when a change comes, they it's really traumatic for them. Whereas if you're not used to these changes, then you're all good. But the change is actually taking you to abundance.

You're asking for abundance. So the universe is going well, great. Well, you need to change and I might just, you know, I, you need to be open to it. So when you do be open to saying, Hey, I'm gonna do something different. The energy takes you to where you should be. So this is exciting.

All right. So have some fun with that. And you can share how your day filled after incorporating your changes for for one day. So a list of all the changes you're going to do for the day. Do them for that day, and then let us know how it felt. What sort of data do you have was what showed up?
