Welcome to day 25. Yesterday, you decided on a ritual that you were going to do at the beginning of the day, or you're upgrading your old ritual or you're continuing a ritual. That way you plan your day, you create a blueprint for great energy and great creation. I'm really excited for all of you. Because think about this, look how far you've got in life, in spite of the fact that you had a bad relationship with money, in spite of the fact that you never plan you don't think you don't know you haven't implemented half of what I've said so, or what we've taught throughout these 30 days, so it can only be amazing. So I'm pretty excited to see you in the future.

In fact, tomorrow's the future. So today's about storytelling day 25 storytelling and focus. So this is about the things that you say the things that you think and when put most of the energy. Have you ever noticed the difference between someone that's very proactive, and someone that likes to talk about the problem, but doesn't want to hear a solution, they just love to talk about the problem. Well, then only people that are addicted to drama, and they would have had drama in childhood, and they just haven't done the work to push them out of the drama, because we are addicted to feeling a certain way. And unless you do the work and unless you study and you know, do classes and healing, and you really push yourself out of an old mindset and Old Energy, you stay stuck.

Now it's normal for us to complain. I mean, watch the news. So if you are going to repeat if you were to watch TV for a couple of hours a day and then you were to repeat what you saw. It's all negative. It's all shocking. So we are programmed to be negative.

We're programmed to look at what goes wrong. I have an addiction to drama, I have an addiction to bad things. And that's an issue. So when you, like detox yourself from all of that, you no longer like it, it doesn't feel good. It doesn't feel good to talk about somebody to gossip or anything like that. So you are going to train yourself to only speak the things that you want.

And if you've got a problem, okay, yes, things happen. But just watch that you don't spend more than 10 to 20% on identifying the issue and, and the other 80% needs to be focused on the resolution focused on how to solve it. So if you have a problem, remember, you know, let us spend more than 20% on describing the issue. Now I watch that when people talk about a problem, they go if they they've gone way too much into detail and I watch with my clients, I go you got too much data. about this issue, you must have, it's like a rehearsal. And so of course, you're learning that words are spell spelling, you spell with whatever you say you actually create a sort of spell is, I mean, I'm a healer.

So what do I do? I use words and intention to heal, and other few other things. And when I pull in every angle I can, but basically, I'm speaking words most of the time, or I've got a thought. So they have a purpose, and then someone heals. Someone can't walk in and walk or something like that. So remember how powerful a word is, I just really Watch your words.

I talk about a story. When people talk to me, their words Follow me. And I feel them and I feel bad if they're negative stories, and I feel bad if people overdo it and depending on the energy, I mean, I understand People have issues and of course, I'll hear them. But it just depends on how much energy they put in that story and how they keep relaying the story. So we're going to, so that's why I say, Okay, got your story, but we're going to get on to the solution. Like I get it.

It's tough. And some of you have experienced that in some of the classes where we go, you know, enough for the story. Let's go on to a solution. Well, that's going to be your life from now on. I was also married to a guy that didn't like hearing about what's going wrong, he wouldn't. He just didn't want to entertain it.

He said, I don't want to hear that. And he wouldn't want to talk about an issue. And a lot of guys don't like talking about issues. So I was working with someone that will ignore stuff and and I didn't have an opportunity to express myself and how I felt about things. So I learned to say less about the problem, just by being forced to because He's my business partner. So we didn't really talk as much about problems we just sort of, he always would say, like, just get focused, he said get focused and solve and get creating, he would say all that details minor.

And that was really valuable. Advice. It was like, just because people can be put off track, especially women, if they're emotionally affected by others, and what they say he would say to me, just get on track, just keep doing the job. And so I have been trained by a good mentor, so and it works. So now I'm very focused on I just don't have time to hear stuff that's not relevant. It's not relevant to anything, like a negative story because I'm knowing that if I hear it, I create it in myself.

And if someone tells it to me, not a good thing, because, like, just not a good thing because I'm a great manifester. So I'm putting energy on their crappy story, and I'll just go create more But it's just not good. And if you think of it that way that every time you tell a story, you put a vision in that person's mind and they see you with that bad story. Got it? Just not it's not helpful, although it might be what is your life might be not good. And that might be the story.

And but we're gonna rise above it and work out ways to move beyond it and say things like, someone says, How are you and you go, I am just looking forward to the day and I'm feeling the freedom I'll have with abundance and joy and gorgeous partner, whatever you want to create. You can say, I'm excited for this day. I'm excited that, you know, I'm creating Well, whatever you want to say create the story you do want. I think I've written down in the wording of how you can actually say some stuff. The other thing I see myself doing say some of the Whoa, whoa, you can say, Well, I see myself full of energy. If you're tired, even though you're not got energy, but you can say, Well, you know what, I am putting the energy.

I usually say to people, I'm putting energy on this. Because if they tell me crap story, I had to cut them down right there, delete what they've just said, and I'll go, I am putting my energy on great outcome so that I can walk away and get rid of what someone's just dumped on me. So I normally say that and and then if and then I'll stop. I'll stop them if if they, you know, a complainer. The other thing is we talked about people say I am I am rich, I am thin. Well, that's sort of not great wording but it's up to you.

Because you you your mind can go No, you're a liar because look at your bank account. You say you're rich but look you bank about whereas you can say I choose to be rich, or I see myself as rich is not doesn't. Your body and your mind rejected as much so that you know yeah, I can see that. I see myself as rich I feel myself as rich as opposed to I am rich. Because when you go on rich, your mind might go Liar Liar pants on fire. Not really.

Anyway, I'll let you choose the affirmations you like but I like to use NLP neuro linguistic programming that program use that power of the programming which isn't. I am as much as I choose, I see and things like that. And your self talk, you've got to really watch yourself talk. So, maybe if you have a day of zero, tolerance to anything negative and spend a day of not saying you know what, No, I'm not. If there's a problem, I'm not going to talk about it. I'm not going to have a negative thought.

This is your day where you have no negativity. You You got to be conscious, you're gonna have to put a reminder on yourself and not engage and just see how you do for the app by the end of the day. See how well you did? Well imagine if you spent every day like that, then you're not spelling yourself. If we're spelling yourself with good things. You're creating good things.

And then feel free to post in the group the title of your book. So okay, what's your own book coming out? When I say to people, what would what would we read if we knew every thought and every word you said what sort of book would have been produced? And they'd go on my crap life or something or my sucky life or something like that. And I was the book that I was talking to someone and it was my big, fat. It's my big F and Italian wedding.

It was kind of bizarre anyway. Well, what would the title of your book be? If we pulled out the contents of your head and your beach and now but that was the title, what's the new title? What is your new title? My amazing life, my free life, my abundant life. Whatever you want to create the new title, you write your story.

You are writing your story in this very moment. And it takes practice. Yeah, practice. So that's going to be your exercise for today, no negativity, no negative thoughts. Nope. And let us know the title of your book and the title of the new book.
