Welcome, today 21. Yesterday, you were getting into the habit of asking yourself how you feeling and gauging your reaction to things around you to people to situations to making decisions. Very powerful to catapult you being led on the right path to creating abundance and freedom. Today, we are taking a breather. This is day 21. So it's the average time that it takes to break a habit.

So if you've done it's a change to habit for 21 days, basically, you've ingrained it you've programmed yourself. But don't let yourself off the hook because there's so many programs there's so many things to change and shift within us as you're realizing They go deep. So today it's about just regrouping. And the thing is, I want you to this isn't that you've got to get out of your mind that when you learn this in school, this isn't that you've got to do what the teacher says, and that you've got to do it how the teacher says to do it, this is about you taking back your power, and you need to do it at the pace. And the way that works for you. doesn't let you off, don't let yourself off the hook of doing it.

But just know that if you're dead behind a day or two days or so what Now if you've got a party that you're doing for 30 days, just join the day that they're up to. And go back and complete the day that you haven't done at another time. You can go do this all over again another 30 days. And you know, keep shifting and changing because if you did this every day you did one of these items on a 30 days. I cannot but transform your life because you are investing in yourself consciously. So this is just to let you know that don't be stressed.

I'm one of those people that I've done many courses and many programs. And I never do it the way they tell me. They don't like me all the time he gets I don't go, excuse me, I'm really like, let me just do my way. And most of the time I see shortcuts and they don't like me changing their stuff either. So it's just what I just look at something and go, Oh, you know what, I'm just gonna do it this way. It's not that I if I see a better way I'm not sometimes they do it their way but sometimes I just go this could be quicker, shorter.

And also I need to do it how it works for me, because I'm a busy person, lots of stuff on so I need to do the most efficient route that I can to get something done without skipping the important part or Or, you know, I it's not that I don't want to devalue anything, but I'll just do what I can. And I won't stress about it. I don't stress. But you know, I guess I guess what are you You're stressing if you're stressing during this as your stresses come from school. And you need to change that because it's like the if you don't do what the teacher says, or you get it wrong, you get punished. So you have this belief system about, you know, thinking you have to always do it the way that they say you need to and it's like with healing as those that are friends and healers.

They know that, that everyone's unique, so you need to adjust the program and the system to reflect the person on the table. The only thing is, consistency is important. As long as you're consistent, like if you fall off the horse, no worries, no falls off the horse should be okay with it. You know what, I've fallen off the horse. We've all fallen off the horse but you know what we get back on and it's how soon you get back on the we'll determine how soon you get these changes. Yeah, so I don't want but I don't want stress and you might need to declutter your life, you might need to get rid of stuff, you know, things that don't serve you.

Alright, so you're learning to change your energy and you change your life. So this exercise today is for you just to do something that you love, fill your energy with love, feel it with something great. And personally, you know what I love? I love Well, I love this group that this abundance group, I love you Oh, you're so amazing. And you're just taking to it and you're adapting and you're okay with it. So I see love going in.

You're really committed. You guys give me a beautiful hit. So I love that. And I love animals. So I'll go hang out with my kitty. Yeah, and I do love I really strong deep tissue massage, which I had yesterday.

So I've done What I need to make sure that I'm not cranky and overwhelmed and I do have a lot on so I try and delegate as much as I can. So that that does the people don't come back to me. I've tried to get people empowered, that they're on my team so that I'm not always consulted. So I work it that way. I manage it that way. I don't want to be the person and I don't want to be the person that everyone comes to that says, oh, I've got something wrong with me.

Sure. We'll this is what we're the group's for, but I'm what I'm trying to do and is to show you because I after this 30 days, you know, unless you join me on a course or something, you will be looking at all your stuff yourself. And most of you have been really self sufficient in saying hey, I'm recognizing stuff and hey, I'm working on it. And that way you have the power because if I have the power, then I have to take care of you. And that's a lot of taking care of got it and you the same you're here to empowered Children, others be empowered yourself. And when you're empowered, you can empower others.

And then you don't have to take you know, everything is there all empowered so everyone sorts everything out and you don't have to be the sort of the fixer. You just go We'll just order Yeah, don't always jump in and sort this if you like to do that then they'll always be an issue you'll always create an issue and I love to watch people be empowered and and lead and help others just lead in a really empowered way.
