Welcome today at yesterday, we were talking about decision making and working out what are the emotions behind your decisions and to ensure you make decisions based on positive emotions? And looks like you just made another good decision. You're watching me again. So thank you. So great decision because we're now going to be talking about on day 18. When the shot hits that fan, have you ever had one of those days or a week?

Or maybe you had a year where one thing after the other goes wrong and you're trying to keep your head above water? You're thinking could this not get any worse or you really struggle? Well, there's patents of energy in our energy field that get disrupted when we try to progress with us. It can happen when you're literally trying to change yourself and trying to develop yourself trying to be more, that's when it can really get disruptive. Now, I'll just, first of all show you, I will demonstration. As you can see, I've got some little round colored balls there.

So let's say the green balls represent. So you can look at these things of, you know, visually of what's going on in your energy field. First of all, I'll show you what happens and why things get out of whack for you when you try and progress so if you're if you're these balls right here, different colors, and you are introducing a new energy, a new wavelength. So let's say you're introducing, let's say the green is money. Well, first and foremost, as you can see, for any green to get into For you to have more abundance, you need to clean stuff out. And let's say let's say this negative stuff could be the purple ones.

So you need to be pulling those out. And for first of all to make any room so that the money can, can come in, but these this is just a patent here. This is just your pattern and how you've existed for maybe centuries. Maybe you've had this level of comfort in this way. So when you start removing and taking out you know, balls to try and get more in here, you stop, it disrupts this whole blueprint it disrupts who you weren't actually changes who you are. And this disruption, as with any change, causes ripple effects on people on situ on air and things around you because If you've been at a certain level, you've always walked around with this energy, you will go find the people with that same energy, but you're trying to match now with something with people with this energy, you're trying to be this energy.

So everything around you has matched that energy. So you see, that's why if we put swap someone with all with with a lot of money, and it's a different energy and put in your place, everything would go out of whack and may try to slide into your life, it just wouldn't work because they're not matching the energy of what you have attracted. So that's why when you start moving over into like, the green stuff and getting what you know, means that you you're different. You think differently. You have a greatest self worth, you're more productive, you're more, you're more decisive. You more want to work on yourself, you care more about yourself.

We want to be more of that. Everything around you that's matched this old energy is everything, you know, going haywire because it's not it's a conflict now. That is just so you know, if you want to know why the shit hits the fan when you are trying to bust out of your old self, then after a while, it everything shifts and changes and you know some people leave your life some people, new people come in new things arise, new situations, new opportunities, but just so you can get your head around why things get chaotic. Yeah. And I've got a post here for you. It says real change occurs in the moment of your fear and stress, rise, elevate, change, surrender, release, transmute, create solutions trust turn pain into power.

So really, when it's when everything's hitting the fan, if you can find the energy to shift and elevate in that moment, that's when you change. It's like when you're lifting that last weight when it really hurts and you're actually lifted. That's when you get the real change. So when it is all falling apart, just Try not to fall apart, rise above that rise. I don't I'm not saying it's easy. Of course I'm not saying it's easy.

That's why it's great to have good support around you get energy healing meditate to have a plan of action. You know, when it all hits the fan planet of action, you know, like a little emergency kit. Usually it's go get a healing, right. And the other thing is that the reason why you created your scenario that you were in is a patent of yours and you need to see the patent so you don't go recreate and go back, you know, go back to feel moving towards here. You don't want to go back to this to this right. You want to you want to move more towards your dream.

So find a pattern so you move faster and decide it will get better. You just go well, you know what, it's going to get better because I'm investing my energy and it will and I trust even though you If you can't trust and then let go it says let it go. You just gotta let it go sometimes just trust the universe so the plan when you when you have negative or painful experiences analyze well what went wrong, work out how you would change trust in the site or work out for the best let go the rest so that's a process for you know, when it all hits the fan and and get used to being getting it when it's disruptive and you you're going through these crises, just be okay with it. Just go Okay, well, I must be changing. Remember, you are changing this, this here to something better, something greener and more alive and more vibrant, more abundant.

So when it looks like it's falling apart, just be okay. If you are, especially if you're trying to develop yourself and you're changing and you're doing these things, just be okay with it. And also it always happens like that, but it'll it'll there's certain degrees of You know, stuff hitting the fan things going wrong you can, some of them can be huge and some of them can be more minor. than for your exercise. Today you are going to exercise 18, fill out the table and Name three situations where everything went wrong. Analyze your message and how you responded, use hindsight to create a new response.

So, that'd be great for you to look back and say, okay, when I had that situation when that bad situation, this was my message in it, this is how I responded, and this is how I would respond differently next time. Because when you look back you go, it was a crisis. And I had so much fear and I was in panic, and I made bad decisions. Well, if you did, well, if you didn't, that's great. So that you can say, oh, and then you could also start to see your pattern of crisis and chaos, that show up in your life. So that you can go Oh, here's my pattern.

Again. You're getting to know yourself. Are you making friends with yourself? Yeah, this is great. Well, because you need to know so that you just don't give it you don't give up, you know that you just go, okay, process is part of the process. I will keep going.

It'll all be okay. I trust the universe. It's just shifting and moving. My energy is moving. That's why everything's falling down and everything's changing. Right?

So just remember that little analogy right here. You know what? You want to get over to the green one. Great, this is a great session. And I've heard it shit hit the fan many times. And it's one of those things where you try and practice being calm or just not reacting like you would.

And that's real skill. And I will tell you, I have not mastered that one. No No sorry, but I'm, I am attempting to. Sometimes I feel like they're torturing me. someone out there is going, I'm gonna torture on our daughter. Now I realized what will happen is there will be severe patterns in your energy field, what was done to you what was said to you, and then they keep showing up.

They keep popping up. And so I see how people have been treated in their childhood, they'll see those patterns show up with other people treating them the same way. I was talking to a girl just the other day and she said that people really mess her around a lot. They you take advantage of her, they say one thing and then do another. And she says yes, I've had that my whole life. Well, that's her childhood really poor thing.

She's, yeah, she's had that pattern from a parent. So it's now shows a showing up and When it starts releasing, when you start changing it, then you know you are shifting your energy field. But when it really shows up, it's showing you that that's a pattern you need to address and traversal inside you because you are the common denominator, right? Remember, it's not them, it's you, hmm. And it takes energy doing all this work, but just be okay with it. You want to move you want to move over to this pattern or idea and it's doable.
