And now we're going to go toward the inward introverted personalities. We have two. So we have the owl and we have the sheep. The hour. What is the hour? Say?
Says who? Right? Who? Who, what, when, where, why, how, who's going to be there? What time? How long are we going to be there?
What do I wear? What's the weather gonna be like? This personality wants to know, all the information, all the information, they're going to be asking all kinds of questions. They want to know. They want the details. Why?
Because they value so much perfection. These are the perfectionist. They want things done right? They want accuracy, which is why they want to do other research, which is why they want to do you don't have all the information, the statistics, the facts, and Everything in order first before they begin to make a decision, because they're perfectionist, they want to have a right accurate decision. And if they're going to say something, they're going to make sure that they understand your question. Right?
If you ask an owl question, they're going to take this question. Right? They might ask you another question to make sure that they have this question clear. And then they're still going to get this question and take it into this laboratory that they have inside. So they can really dissect it, this question that you just asked them, right, and then by the by the time that they're ready to answer and then they're going to come out and answer the question, because if they're going to make any mistakes, it's going to be in here where you cannot see them, because he's a perfectionist. Now, a weakness.
Because, you know, this personality, they're usually more genius prone. They're very creative. These are the ones who you know, write symphonies and create masterpieces and you know, these are the ones who are genius problem because they're very in their mind right but on the on the weakness side. They become procrastinate. They become indecisive, because they don't want to make mistakes. So if they don't have all the information that they need, it's like, should I?
They're not risk takers. I don't know if I should I, what if, what if, what if I don't do this, they have all these doubts and all these fears, because they have this perfectionist thing about them. So the owl, I mean, they get things done. They're they're goal oriented. They're more goal oriented, the sheep over here, more people oriented. But even though that they're goal oriented, they need to have all the information together before they start to take the action.
But they want to move forward. They just move a lot slower than moving forward. And then the outward personalities of course. Now let's talk about the sheep. A sheep is another inward personality, right? So it's going to be more of a lower, not lower quality, but just a lower type of energy.
So when you think about a sheep, sheep's are more in hertz, right. So there are more People oriented right. Now the sheep is also in our herd because they are afraid to be by themselves. So the the sheep personality are more people pleasers, they are people oriented, they value people so much that they value what they say what they think, you know, they become very sensitive because they really have a need to be okay with everybody. Now that's a strength and a weakness. It's a strength because this personality is very loving, very supportive, very helpful.
They're you faithful, they're very patient, like they're very good mothers and very good spouses, because they're so patient and so loving and so supportive. But on the other end, they can become very unexpressive they can be kind of boring, because they're so calm, cool and collected all the time. They don't share a lot of emotion. They're not very expressive, right. So a lot of times they can be kind of looked at as as boring. Or, you know, it's kind of hard to read them because they're like on one end there Like, I'm really happy today, you know, so thank you guys for coming.
Or I'm really angry today, you know, I'm just full of just, I'm just so mad, so mad, or they go I'm feeling so sad today, you know, I have so much sorrow deep in my heart like they're not really sharing a lot of emotion, right? They're just very calm, cool collected, they have this poker face, and even in the way they dress, they're more conservative than they don't share a lot. They're not gonna wear a lot of loud clothes. You know, the colors, big acessories they don't want to draw a lot of attention. That's the sheep. Now the sheep, they're they love family.
I mean, this is leverage. They love people, right? So this is where you talk to them. This is where you engage with them. This is how you connect and create influence around them because you know what they value they value connection with people so much that they will avoid conflict. They don't want any Connect.
They want to be good with everybody. They kind of want to fight with you. This just says me, okay, let's just let that go. Not a big deal. You know, I know you did that to me, but it's cool, I forgive you because I don't want to fight anymore. Like, this personality just wants to be good with everybody all the time, which again, can be a strength or a weakness because now there are people pleasers.
Now they're afraid to tell you what they really feel, or Tell you what, what they really need in this relationship to make it better. So that can actually limit this personality, right? So you can see like, even in this inward the way that you begin to identify Okay, and this inward, how do how do I know if this is a sheep versus an owl, the sheep is going to be more concerned about how people feel that I was going to be more concerned about wanting to get this done, but make sure we do it right. Because the owl was more goal oriented. The sheep is more people oriented, but both of them have more of an inward you know, calm, cool and collected personality, more of a lower energy, not so much a high and you know, interacting not So strong muscle direct. Now will you know how to identify how to separate How do I differentiate differentiate the owl versus the sheep.
