Alright, so now let's take it to another level. So now I'm going to have Mike come in, and instead of just walking up and just standing there, I'm going to have him come up and start a conversation with me. And we're going to be talking about the rise Academy. Some different projects that we have something I'm just gonna ask him a question, I want you to see how he walks up, and how he responds and how, you know, what kind of energy what kind of things he starts to say and what starts to talk about so you can identify exactly what personality hizzy right Mike? You guys ready? All right, here we go.

Hey, Richard. How you doing? So how's everything going right now? Fantastic, man. We got everything in order. Got a couple of plans for the for the next week.

We got some new video shoots for you. So everything's out already. He came up who was the inward or outward? Okay, so let's just only do your interests again. How you just did it again. So is he and we're our con Come on in the Richard so that's Okay, so when he came in, and one he wasn't like a, you know, he came with a very strong personality, right?

So he came in and he looked up and gave me a handshake and he went straight to the points. So this shows me that he is a rhino. Okay, so that's how you came in. Exactly. Okay, so I need to do what I need to mirror and match. The Rhino is very direct.

I want them to feel familiar. I want them to feel like I am like them. Because the more they feel like I'm like them, the more they're going to trust me, the more they trust me, the more influence I'm going to create and faster. So Rhino is about what about goals about results, about accomplishment about getting things done. So I want to talk about like that. I want to talk about those things.

So you ready, Mike? Come on, Richard. Hey, what's up Mike? How's it going? Good, good, man. I got everything in order.

I've taken care of a few things that we have for next week. Okay, we got some videos. What are you working on for next week? So we got a couple of video shoots for you. We got a new courses coming up for you for the rise Academy. Okay, so I got everything in order.

I got the camera guys in order. We were ready to rock st So a rhino, like they already came in with plants, they already know what they're doing. So I'm not gonna have to go and say, you know, what are you working on because they already know. So what the rhino for me to influence I want to use their drive to accomplish things for my advantage, right. So if I, if I have a rhino under my lead, right, I need to give them things to be responsible for. Because a rhino needs to be in charge, they need to be the one that is leading something they need to be accomplishing, they need to be getting things done.

So if they don't have something to get done, they're gonna start to be like, looking around, that's when they start getting mischievious. Or that's when they start going, you know, over boundaries, because they don't understand the boundaries because you didn't communicate them to them, right? Because they're going to go all the way they're not going to stop. So you need to clear clearly communicate, what you want done, be very direct, and the result that you want to see from them. That motivates them. So let's call this we're gonna start that run out who's gonna come in, start the conversation, and then I want to wrap it up in a way for a rhino right?

Hey, Richard. Hey, what's up, Mike, how you doing? What do you guys working on right now? So I got a couple things going on for next week. We got some video shoots for you for some new programs for the rise Academy. Okay.

Do you need anything from me? No, you got everything in order. Okay, we got the camera guys on deck, everything's ready to go. Okay, so make sure that is ready. And then also we have some things that are pending to do the follow ups with those clients. Yes.

And then those new projects and things that we want to create if you can get the team to create like an outline. So that way when we do film, it's already all set up. Awesome. Cool. All right. Thank you.

Thank you later. Alright, so now we're going to have a different personality come up. So again, let's get a little quicker with this. Okay. So as soon as Mike comes up, you're going to identify in order outward, that's what I need to do right away, right. So as soon as they walk in, so right away, I need to boom, shift my energy to mirror and match theirs.

And then I need to get more specific and begin to see okay, what personality which one so I can begin to speak their language and the things that connect to them best because why? Because I'm going to lead them I want to create influence. You ready, Mike? Let's go He's already in where he's coming in more lower energy, right? came in like this. Hey, what's up, Mike?

How you doing? Good, good. How you doing? Okay, so he's he he's not so weak here so I can see he's an owl personality. Is that true? That's correct.

Okay, so for him, What does he want? He wants more information. He wants the details. Okay? So if I'm maybe if maybe if I'm a rhino, I don't want to talk about details, I don't want to get into all the information because that freakin takes longer, right? It's gonna be a waste of time.

It's what it feels like. But it's not a waste of time, if it's going to create more influence for the people on my team so they can be more productive, right? So if as a rhino, if I have it as a goal, if me being more patient, if me taking more time to explain more things to an owl is going to create more results for me. Now, that's leverage for me right now. Now, it's worth me taking more time here, because I know that he's gonna produce more results, right? And that's what I want as a rhino.

So I know what now needs to produce more results. What does he need? information, all the information right? So this is where you need to give them all the freakin information that you have explained every step what it's gonna be like, what it's gonna feel like who's gonna be there? What does it need to wear when he gets there? What information he needs to know what he needs to bring in his bag.

You know, like, Is he gonna eat there? Like, have all the information the more information that he has from me, the more equipped, the more confident he's gonna feel about getting it done. Is that true? That's exactly true. Say hello to Mr. Owl. Now I need to mirror and match and I need to very quickly begin to copy him and find out what personality is so I can begin to use the right language.

Here we go. Okay, so he he's already inward, okay, he's more inward. This is more sensitive, more softer, is he's breaking in contact. So I already know he's a sheep. Okay, so with the sheep, I need to bring it down. I need to bring down my BMR calm, cool and collected more caring, more sensitive with him.

How is the family very good. Good, very good. Yeah. How are the kids? Oh, they're amazing. Awesome.

So as I begin to talk about family about people that he loves, it's going to get him to open up more because again, the sheep loves people. They're more people oriented. They love their, their families, they love the ones that are around them all the time, they will do anything for them, okay, they want them to do well, they will avoid conflict, if it's if it means that it's going to disrupt their relationship. So they just want to be good with everyone. So for me, what I need to know is there they want to talk about that. They want to talk about their family.

They want to talk about the people that they love. That's my leverage. Okay, now, if in the business, it doesn't really match, I'm not going to be getting into all his personal stuff, but I can still use that. So how was the weekend that you spend time with the family? We had a family reunion this weekend really all family got together with those are so beautiful when we get time with the people that we love. Richard See, the people that we love the most, right?

So for me, let's say I'm a love bird, or let's say I'm a writer. And actually don't like, you know, being around family reunions, because it's just a waste of time. I'd rather be at work. So let's say that so I really don't care about family reunions, but I know that he cares. And again, I want to connect with him. So I'm going to mirror and match his energy and start talking about something that he really cares about, because I want to create influence.

So this is the sheep say, Hi, sheep, sheep. All right, now for the last personality. Hey, Richard. Hey, Mike, how you doing? Good. How you doing?

Say so he's already coming out with an outward personality. He's very smiley, very expressive. So I know he's a love bird, right? So I need to mirror and match if I'm not very expressive. I need to become why because if I'm not if I'm just like, Hey, Mike, how you doing? Good.

He's, he's gonna get bored. He's gonna like kind of anything's gonna be able to take his you know, attention away from me because I'm not influencing. I'm not catching his attention. So this personality needs attention. So I need to build my energy. Hey, what's up, Mike?

What's up Doing good, good. That's what you do for the weekend. And we had a lot of fun this weekend fun. Yeah, I went hiking I went skydiving with some friends. I had a few friends friends, I'm talking about friends. He's talking about fun.

Friends into it, right I where'd you go? We went up to the mountains to see my movement. I need to have more movement. Normally, I might be like this. And this might be weird. But I want to create better connections.

So I need to mirror and match. So I'm going to move with him. I'm going to move around and stimulating like, Oh, yeah, you did. Those. Well, that was cool. Right?

So that creates more connection with this personality. Because the Lovebird likes to fun, friends and freedom. Even me talking about Hey, Was it fun? Or did you take friends? You know, when did you go outside where you felt like free and like How was that? Like?

That's their language for the lovebirds. So you talk about the things that they like to talk about. Say hi to libre.
