So let's talk about the outwork. So with the outward we have two extroverted personalities. Okay, so these are the stronger ones, you know the, the frequency is a little higher, right? So we have to so we have I'm going to be teaching them in animal form. Why? Because it helps us to remember them better and longer because it's in more of an image that we can tie it to.
Okay, so we have to we're going to have a rhino and we're going to have the love bird. Two outward personalities. Now the rhino is more goal oriented. And the love bird is more people oriented. But they're both a high energy the both the outward energy okay? So already with them, okay, so we're breaking down the outward the extroverted personalities.
We have to we have the rhino on the left. Bird, the rhino is more goal oriented. The love bird is more people oriented. So let's talk about the rhino. So when you get this, this image in your brain, okay, what a rhino looks like you have this strong Rhino, right? It's right here in front of you.
It's, it's strong, it has a presence, it has a sense of confidence. It's looking at, you know, straight in your eye is not scared. There's a presence and a strength about this right now. The same thing with this type of personality. When you think when you look at this Rhino, when you picture it, it has this way in the front, it has this horn right, and his harness to charge for it, it doesn't go backwards to retreat. When it's about to attack.
When it's about to, you know, defend itself. It's not going to go backwards, this thing goes forward. The same thing with this personality, this personality likes to go and charge forward, likes to be in charge doesn't go backwards only goes forward because they're very goal oriented. And they like to win. They're very competitive. Okay, so the rhino personality is very direct.
They're not going to be very fun. friendly, they're more about getting things done, they're not going to just go and hang out for fun. They don't want to just be your friend, everything has to have a purpose and needs to be accomplishing something because they're so goal oriented. They're so wanting to achieve things. They're so wanting to create things wanting to get things done wanting to, you know, create impact, that they're not going to be wasting time on anything. This type of personality is very direct, very strong, very confident.
They know what they want, they know where they're going, they know how they're going to get there. And they're going to get other people to do it with them, too. So if you talk to a rhino over the phone, let me just tell you, they're going to be very direct, they're not going to be very friendly, okay? They're not going to be warm. They're going to be very direct. They're going to know what they want.
They're not going to be asking a lot of questions because they already know exactly what they want. Okay? So whether it's for for business purposes, whether it's for family purposes, they're not going to want to be on the phone for a long time. They're going to be very straight, direct to the point. Let's talk about what we need to and let's get off the phone. Okay.
How you identify them over the phone. Now how about a rhino as they as they walk, let's say you see a rhino, you know, you see some some cars in the background here. And let's say I'm looking through the window. And I see somebody opened the door, and they get out and they slam the door, a little stronger movement, right? They get their stuff, walking, you know, when they're walking with purpose, and they're walking a little heavier because this personality is a lot heavier, they're very stronger in the way they move, the way they open doors, the way they close doors, the way they give their handshake, the way they look at you in their eye, it's a lot more intensity, a lot more direct, a lot more, you know, have a strong presence, a stronger character that's with them. So whether they are on the phone, whether they're walking, whether they're getting out of the car, you can kind of feel the sense of strength, of clarity of confidence, and and disabilities.
When they talk. They're very direct and straight to the points. They value. Hard work. They value integrity. value of getting things done.
They, they, they hate being lazy. So a lot of times, this Rhino personality has a hard time with these inward personalities that are a lot slower and how they talk and how they get things done and how they make decisions because they're more indecisive because it takes longer to get things done. So the rhino is just like, come on, you know, like just this mood. Let's go, let's go. So they can come off as very insensitive. They can come off as harsh.
They can come off as jerks. They can come off as there's other words that we can use here that they're called because they're not people oriented. They're not they're not worried about how you feel. They're not worried about you know, people's feelings and being super sensitive. Because they're not even thinking that all they're thinking is like we have this goal we need to get this done. And that's it.
We're gonna get this done. No matter what. No matter how we feel. This matters. The goal being accomplished and us reaching, you know, our destiny and us reaching then us winning. That's what matters, not your feelings.
That's the rhinos Now the love bird. Notice how I said now the lover because love bird has a lot more expression of emotion that they're, you know, really giving out they're giving a lot higher energy and they're walking around. They're friendly. You know how they greet people? Hey, how you doing, Bob? Hey, Billy, they're going to be a lot more expressive, a lot more fun.
Now they love burn. They're very charming, right? These are very persuasive people because they can talk to anybody. You know, these are the ones where even if they're strangers, and they're talking to you, you know, kind of about two minutes into that conversation, you start to doubt yourself and start to think, wait a minute, do I know this person? Because I feel like I know this person and they can be a perfect stranger because that's how charming and how well they're able to connect with people. This love bird personality.
You can tell by the way they dressed. You know, these are the ones who like to be the cheerleaders. You're the ones who like to be on center stage, give me the microphone, because they want the spotlight. This is the Lovebird who loves the fun friends and freedom and these are the ones who are more people oriented. Now the bad thing is because they love this fun friends and freedom. They have this weakness, this, this struggle to follow through, to really get things done to to finish it to the end, because after they've been doing it for so long, they get like, ah, I don't want to do this anymore.
It's not fun. It's not as fun as it was. So it's really, it's a struggle for the lovebirds to really go past this is not funny anymore to really accomplish something from beginning to the end. Another thing is, they get easily distracted. And because of that, they get scattered. They can be like, hey, well, there's a butterfly.
Wow, look at that car. And what was I talking about again, and they forget what they were doing because they they're just easily distracted because they want stimulation, they want to have fun. So if you you know for an example like if you have, you know, a lovebird in the workplace, and you put a love burn you recruit a love brand, you put them behind a computer to work with numbers all day. How do you think that's going to work out for them. not pretty, not really good, right? So it's probably going to kill this personality because they love the fun friends of freedom, they need interaction with people.
So if you put them behind a computer all day begins to they just begin to dwindle, because they need, they need to be social, they have this great need to have interaction with people. Now, on the right, on the other hand, they want to get things done, okay. They don't want to just hang out with people, they don't want to be friends, but they don't want to just sit there either. They're not gonna just sit there, they just need to go. Both of these personalities need a lot of stimulation. They're very outward, they have a high energy.
One is just more goal oriented. And a lovebird is more people oriented. Now, the Lovebird again, you can tell by the way they walk, how they talk, their face is more expressive, how they dress, it's a lot louder, they have louder accessories, you know, brighter colors, you know, the way there's louder in the way they they're moving their body and how they, you know, this is bigger, everything's bigger because they want to draw attention. Okay? That's how you can identify the love bird versus the rhino. Now the the love bird, they value people, they value connection.
They want acceptance. So compliments when you compliment them they like they feel really good. Like they love that they love talking about themselves because when they talk about themselves, now they have more opportunity to feel accepting to feel loved. And that's very high on the value list of the Lovebird because a lot of fun, friends and freedom and within that they just want to feel accepted. And like everybody likes that's the number
