Okay, so now for a conclusion, we're talking about how to create connection how to communicate with anybody so that you can great influence. And the way you do it is by making them feel understood. So in order to make them feel understood for city to understand, and how to identify these personalities within the first 30 seconds we talked about, okay, two main ones first, right? Out of all the, the four personalities that we talked about, we can put them in two main groups inward, outward, introverted versus extroverted. That's very, very easy very simple for you to identify. And once you are going to identify Okay, are they inward or outward now you do what you mirror and match you mirror body language and you match the energy right and this involves the body language and now you using specific key words to resonate with that personality.
So then we get into more specifics Okay, now in this outward personalities, there's two, we talked about the right On Lovebird, the rhino more goal oriented, more direct, stronger personality, not sharing a lot of emotion but very clear on where they want to go and why they want to go there. And they're going to get there, nothing's going to stop them. Right. And you have the Lovebird outward personality, more people orientated. They're more about fun friends and freedom is cool. Have a good time.
Let's go party. This is I'll get along that'd be friends, right? That's the Lovebird. That's the outward, so to connect with them, mirror and match us the key words to talk to them in their language. Now we go to the inward we have two personalities, the Owl and the sheep. The owl is the who, what, when, where, why and how they want all the details.
They want all the information. They're perfectionist. So for them, you know what kind of keywords to use, right? What kind of energy to use to better connect with them. Same thing with the sheep, sheep are more people oriented. They're more about connection about love about getting along about you know fighting about being friends about being family, so you know what kind of keywords to talk to influence them.
So again, this is a tool for you to be so powerful in your leadership skills, because now you can identify any personality within the first 30 seconds, whether they're on the phone, whether they're walking from outside into your office, whether they your children, whether they're, you know, a perfect stranger in the grocery line, you can tell by the way that you're standing there, by how they're looking around, how they're dressed, their tone of voice, all these things are all signals all clues for you to identify, okay, I know what personality this now I know this personality now I know to mirror and match. So I'm going to bring my my my personality, my energy down, or I'm going to bring it up in order to match them right with the body language. And now I'm going to use my key words to better connect. Now you're going to begin to see these people no matter what personality, no matter how they are, no matter how successful they are, you're gonna start to see them open up to you and start to feel understood and start to feel connected to you and that is where you now have been created this powerful thing called influence.
