Step #7: Cooling Down

After a big work session, it’s time to cool down. Usually, I lead some short massage or meditation, or stretch, depending on what is needed.

I will not post in this program modalities for short massages, meditations or stretches, because I’m sure you have plenty of your own modalities to use here. If not, we will also work on this daily in our 17 days Dance Alchemy Teachers Training in Bali or Slovenia, so if you can organize your time and resources, apply and let’s work together.
