Prepare yourself and participants for dance.

It’s very important to be totally present and to really consciously engage ourselves through breathing into our muscles, while warming up or stretching. With conscious work you can progress and see results much faster, not to mention that in being present you can move from point A to point B with acceptance, understanding, and sincerity preparing your body, mind, and emotions for the dance that could happen through you.
