Enough. So you can go on another level of this modality. So in the first part, the awareness was inside of us. Inside, it was really emotional, it felt good, somehow natural. The second level is awareness will be outside of us, so the world around us and we're going to use the same principle. They're basically going to use our movement to shape the space around us around the circular, spiraling shapes.

We're going to this exercise will mean a lot of energy. And really, so we have to get engaged. Now we are warm up and our body's ready to engage, but work in a safe way.
