Hi, this is Padma Gordon. And I want to welcome you to the mindful workplace course. I'm mindfulness counselor and teacher and I have been practicing mindfulness myself for well over 30 years. And what I want to say is that mindfulness is the most beneficial thing that you can do for yourself and everyone else. And in this course, I will outlined for you practical techniques for skillful communication, how to both give and receive input, how to let things go, how to stand tall and yourself, among others. So this course is meant to create harmony in your workplace because when there's harmony in your workplace, there's flow and when there flow, there's greater productivity.
