Hi. So what I want to talk to you about right now is appreciation. appreciation is the lubricant that makes all relationships flow, authentic appreciation, where you're coming from being connected to yourself being grounded, which you have been practicing throughout this time. So to really come from appreciation, first of all takes noticing, notice what's working well. Our minds are so conditioned to look at what's not working to look at where we're falling short to look at, where we're not up to par to look at where others are not up to par and the true Truth is that this only contributes to the detriment of your work environment of your team. So take the time, to be generous, to acknowledge one another, to appreciate to say, Wow, great job on that and be specific.
I really appreciate the attention you gave to dot dot dot. taking it to the next level of honesty, of being real, and of connecting. So when you're connected to yourself, you take time you feel your feet on the ground, you feel the earth rising up to me, you take the breath, you roll your shoulders, you drop your shoulder blades down your back, and all of this is going to become really natural. Really automatic, so that you're doing it so that you're coming from an authentic connection to yourself. Because when you come from an authentic connection to yourself, what you're saying will land, it will land in the other person. And you can watch what happens when you appreciate the people that you work with.
You appreciate the people on your team. You appreciate the people in your family in your life. So consciously taking the time, maybe setting it as a goal for yourself, to give a minimum of three to five appreciations per day at work. Maybe you're already doing that. And if you are, double it, appreciation is one of the tenants of harmonious relationship and when you have or have harmonious relationship chips in your workplace. Your ship is just going to be sailing, cruising along and people are going to feel good.
You want people to feel good, you want to feel good. So, connect to the earth, connect to yourself. come from an authentic place, look for what is working, be specific and deliver that as an offering. Be generous. Be specific, be generous, be appreciative. Okay.
