Hey, this is Gordon, and I am going to attempt to teach you an embodiment skill in a minute and a half to two minutes. Okay? So I'm going to try and be really concise. So the embodiment skill that I want to teach you is the foundation for standing your ground and really standing tall, standing tall in the world. Because from what I can see, this is very much needed, that we are all needed that we all need to show up and stand up and speak. speak truth to power, as it were, speak what's true for you in your personal life in a more global context.
So how do you do that? First of all, if you want to try it, feel your feet on the ground. Take a breath, take a breath, and just really feel your feet on the ground. If you have shoes on, you want to take them off, that'd be great. So feel your feet on the ground and feel how the earth actually rises up to meet you that she rises up to meet you. And you drop down to meet her.
So feel that connection, that Earth connection. And then from there, allow that sense of being held to travel up through your legs and through your pelvis and up through your chest so that your chest widens. And just feel that experience of standing tall. So this is something you can practice when you're standing in the store when you're having a conversation when you're just hanging out.
