Hi, this is Padma. And what I want to work on with you right now is moving with confidence. So, if you're at work and you want to have a conversation with somebody and you get nervous, how can your body support you to move with confidence to relate with confidence to relate with clarity. So what I'm going to ask you to do is stand up and take a deep breath. Feel your feet dropping down, soften your knees, feel the earth, rising up, to meet you feel how you're held and supported rate and from here, I want you to To just roll your shoulders back and gently let your shoulder blades glide down. So they have a suit again.
So they actually will take a shoulder roll, glide your shoulder blades down, back and end. And this naturally leaves you with your chest, your heart open. And from here, you can speak with greater confidence with greater clarity. Because sometimes I know when we get nervous or we're shy, or maybe we're intimidated by somebody in the office, if this is speaking to a superior, or if this is speaking to somebody that you just really respect and admire. You want to actually be able to speak to them as equals, I see I so starting with this chest, open, feet on the ground, Around, body soft, and you can always relax. You can always relax, coming into yourself and feeling what it's like to speak with an open heart to elongate through your core so your spine actually stacks up.
So just practice that. This is the practice for moving through your life with confidence with confidence and ease. So I invite you to practice this once a day or twice a day for one to two minutes, set a timer and practice it for one to two minutes. Okay, move with confidence.
