DESCRIPTION: 
Go to your PERMA-H form and look across the row from the "P for positive emotions". In each section, brainstorm activities or actions that could foster positive emotions, whether in the way you run faculty meetings, communications, (whether through email or live) interactions in the staff room, or any other regularly occurring situations at school.
