Okay, so now let's jump right into the training. So in this section here, I would like to uncover the mindset of success. How do successful people think? And you will notice that they think differently. And that's what gives them different results. So the first mindset I would like to share with you here is to have an intention for everything that you do.

Successful people, they have intentions for everything that they do in life. And what do most people do? They wake up in the morning, they have no intentions about the day. They have no intention about how they want to behave. They they don't have any intentions in their mind. And what I would like you to understand is that in order to become successful, I want you to have intentions about your goals, your experiences, and you want to become so successful people have intentions for everything that they do.

They're intentional about where they want to go in the life, it seems that they know what they want to have in their personal life and professional life. They know what they want to have in the in their career, what kind of health they want to have, what kinds of how much money, they wants to make the kind of job they want to have the family life they want to have, they have intentions about what they want. And if you don't have intention about what you want, it's as if you're on the boat, and you are in the middle of the ocean. You don't have a clear direction. So you say, Hey, there is an island there, maybe I should go there. And then there's a storm and he changes the direction of the boat.

And then you see another island say, Hey, I could go there. And then you go to that direction, another storm, hey, maybe, and then then you change the direction and say, oh, maybe I should go to that island there and you don't go anywhere. What I would like to encourage you here in this online training in order to experience Success, you must truly understand, what do you want out of life? And I know that maybe this this question is difficult. But what I would encourage you to do is to take a piece of paper and just start writing down things that you really wanted to have in your life. And you can think in terms of the categories of your life.

You can think about health, about relationships, about family, about romantic relationships, about the kind of job that you want to have about the emotion that you'd like to experience. You can think about any of the things that you would like to have in your life. And I really encourage you to be more clear about what you truly want to have in your life. Even if right now you don't truly know. Just start by writing something down. And then you have an intention.

The first intention is to accomplish your goals. The second one is about the experience that you have. Do you really think about how you want to come across when you meet a friend? Do you really think about the experience That you would like to have when you meet your girlfriend or boyfriend. It's about having an intention. And the intention can be, I'm going to make her feel special tonight.

And this is what I did couldn't I was yesterday was preparing, designing training. And I say, okay, tonight, I want to make my girlfriend feel special. This is the intention that I have about the experience that I will have with her. And do you think the evening was different than if I would just have said, Oh, I'm just going to hang out with her. It changes everything. When you will see a friend.

What is the intention that you had about the experience with your friend, you want to have fun? You want to show your friend how much they are important to you. g wants to do you want to have a deep connection? Like what is the intention that you have? And I really encourage you right now when you interact with people to think about the intention before interacting with them. You think about the intention even really quickly, and it will change the actions and the behavior that you have.

So it's really key here, you go to a meeting, you go to meet your boss, you talk to a co worker, what is the intention that you want to have with the? What is the intention that you want to have? When you are talking to your colleagues? Do you want to appear? That is someone that sees that she's happy, that has great energy that is confident? Or do you want to be someone that is always bored and says, Hey, I would like it to be Friday today because I don't feel like my life and she like how do you want to appear?

What is the intention when you talk to someone? And if you define that, remember, if you define that the intention that you have about the experience, you will have more success. And the other one is about identity. It's something that is really important. Who do you want to become? because let me tell you this.

If you don't decide who you want to become, all the people will tell you who we must become and I would like you to imagine that you have a book inside your hands. And if the book is empty, this book is about who you want to become. If this book is empty, all the people will come and write something about how you should behave and who you should be. So I really encourage you to think about who you want to become. And the latest, the easiest way to start with that is just take a piece of paper and just write down five personality traits that you would like to develop more in yourself. We'll start here really slowly.

And I really want to show you the real keys. I want to talk about real success. So you can see that we are already starting with deep stuff. What are the things that you want to have in your life? Who do you want to become? And how do you want to interact with other people?

What is your intention? I really want you to, I want to give you the best tools to become successful. So the first one is about the intention that you have about your goals, your experiences and your identity. Now let's talk about the second mindset of success. At any moment in time, you have the opportunity to become a present, and to feel good. Let me explain.

Let's say that you are here, at any moment in time, every second, you have the opportunity to transform how you experience life. And this is something that successful people are understood. Right now, I could decide to become a present and to feel good. It means that if I am in a depressed state, and I'm thinking about something that has to do, and you see I'm not really in a great mood, I can decide right now in one second, to transform how I feel, and to become fully aware of what is around me. If you say, oh, Alan, that's too difficult. It's because you still don't have the right mindset.

So how can you become a presence? And how can you feel good? There are two things that you must have in order to activate that. The first thing that you must have is that you must raise your standards. Do you allow yourself to, to feel bad? When you're interacting with people, it can be a meeting a presentation, when you're seeing your friends, or when you have an important conversation.

Do you allow yourself to feel bad? And something that I did that really transformed my life? And everyone that I've coached the CEOs, the Olympians, the celebrities, every person that I've coached that experience success was because the raise their standards, what does it mean? Is that you just say, I don't allow myself anymore to feel bad when I have important decisions when I have important interactions. And that way, if you don't allow yourself to do something to change how you feel And how you can become a present and how you can feel good. But it's comes first year with a decision, I will show you how to do it.

But now here is just only a decision. Because if you say Oh, for me, it's okay in my life to just feel bad and feel depressed. When I'm giving a presentation and low energy and don't look people in the eyes. For me, it's okay. It's something that it's okay in my life. If you have this kind of standard, you won't be able to raise them and you won't be able to tell yourself, okay, I don't accept that.

I'm here. I have to give this presentation. I don't accept being tired. I don't accept being in the low mood. I don't accept being in a being in a bad mood. I will show you how to do it.

I will show you how to become present and feel good. But right now, you must just decide that you won't allow yourself to feel these negative emotions when you have important situation. I'm not saying never experience a bad mood or negative emotion. I'm just saying every moment, every second, you have the opportunity to transform how you feel and how you experience the world. So how do you do that? You change your physiology.

So physiology is how you use your body. If right now I would like to feel low confident in a negative mood, and not have a great energy, what I would do is that I would just adopt the posture of someone who behaves that way. Why? Because the emotions that you feel and the posture that you have are linked. So you can try that right now. You just stand up and you adopt the posture of someone who is not confident How is that your shoulders are down, your head is down, you just closed and you can also have a depressed look on your face and try to breeze as little as you can.

Right now, I see depressed, I suddenly got in I almost have no energy so If I'm here, and I want to change and become more present and feel good, what do I do? I just adopt the posture of someone who is confident. So what is that? I would just open my chest, put my shoulders back. I will smile for 10 seconds for no reason. So it's my I will have my head that is straight, I will open my chest.

I will breathe deeply. And I will smile. You can see right now that my confidence level and my energy is better. So I changed my physiology. One way to do that is to just open your chest and adopt a posture of someone who is confident or how I call it the Superman posture. Imagine that you are Superman, and then you smile for 20 seconds 10 to 20 seconds.

In the morning. You want to feel better, what do you do? You just go in front of the mirror and then you smile for 10 to 20 seconds. Like you really just by yourself. And you will see that just by smiling. You will feel better because smile Your physiology is linked with positive emotion.

So if you want to feel good, just have to smile for 10 or 20 seconds. So, this is one way of doing that. For example, if you are walking down the streets and you want to feel good instantly and you do that every second you can become a present and feel good. You use the Superman posture and your try to smile. Then how can you become a presence, you just become more aware of your sensations, sensations and everything that is around you. So basically, you will be adopting the Superman posture, you will be walking down the streets, you will be smiling.

They say whoa, the courts around me are amazing. And you will start experiencing the sensation that you have when you when you walk on the street. The closest that you have the sensation that it has on your body, you will focus on how you breathe, you will become more aware. And I can do that in what in one second. I can go from someone who is in a bad mood, just by changing how I use my physiology, I can become a presence by being aware of everything that is around me. And by adopting the Superman posture and smiling, so this is something that you can do, when there are people around you, if you really are, if you're really in a negative mood for them, you are home and there is something that you can do, what I encourage you to do is to really change your physiology and how can you do that.

But to do that, you just jump in the air like that jump, you physically jump in the air for 30 seconds, and then when you jump, you think that you're on the beach and you put a smile on yourself. If you do that right now, if you're in the negative mood, and you learn that you can just jump for 30 seconds smile, even if you appear stupid. It doesn't matter if he puts yourself in a great mood. I myself I'm able to be constantly present and feeling good. When I want it to is I can decide right now at that second. I will see good and I will become present and how useful Do you think it is for me to be successful?

I have to meet that investor. I have to give this conference in front of 1000 people and I'm feeling in a negative mood. How useful Do you think it's good to change my physiology, but it's because I said, This is what I want for my life. And if you want to experience yourself, you must learn how to constantly put yourself in a great state. And How'd you do that you change how you use you bought number three. At any moment in life, you can decide the glasses that you want to wear.

There are red glasses with these red glasses. You will see all the problems, all the negativity, everything that is wrong. You will see the glass half empty and the green glasses you will see the opportunities. You will see the gift in the situations and you will see the life with the glass heartful if you want to become more successful, do you think it's better to see life with the red glasses? Or the green glasses? You say, yeah, and the green glasses, I get it.

No, no, no. Maybe you don't get it. You can decide. For every situation you can decide how you want to experience life. If there is something that happened to you right now, you can wear the red glasses. Oh, my God is the problem.

Why is it happening to me? Oh my god, everything is against me. Or you can say no, no, no, I want to experience more success in my life. Immediately. I will wear the green glasses. Okay, watch the opportunity.

Maybe it's something to make me grow. What's the gift inside? How can I perceive the glass half full? So if you do that, if you wear the green glasses, basically, it's about being more optimistic. It's about experiencing more joy and happiness to life. When there is something wrong that happens.

Do you think that successful people will perceive it as something wrong? Now that I say, Oh, this was happened, instead, it's not a problem. It's an opportunity to grow. Let's let me put the green glasses and see the opportunity to see how I can transform that, how I can learn something, and how I can expand. How can I have maybe fun with that? This is how successful people think.

So here, we already have the three mindsets. It's about the intentions, it's about at any moment, being able to be present and feel good. And number three, it's about choosing the glasses that you want to wear. Now, let's see number four. Number four, it's about finding mentors. You don't need to reinvent the wheel.

If you want to experience success. You just have to find someone who has gotten the results that you want. And you ask them how they did it. You want to lose weight and Be like in a really great shape. Find someone who has already done that. And you ask them the question, how did you do it?

Instead of just asking your friends who have no idea how to lose weight, and they just try to guess and come up with us with suggestions, because they're trying to invent answers, Ask the Experts how they did it. And when you you find someone who has gotten the results that you want, just ask them the question, what are the three most important things that you did to succeed and to attain that goal? And that will give you what works, they will show you what is important, okay. It's something that works really well. Try to read the books, try to read biographies and try to uncover the mindset and the strategies that they have used to get the results that they want. So if you want to fast track your success, find someone in your career that has got the results that you want, and do that. Find someone that has the relationships that you want, and ask them how they did it. It will really save you a lot of time.

Number five, if you want to have more success, you must have more courage. What is more courage, courage is the ability to act despite of the fear. The fear we will always be there. But what will make you more successful is when you understand that there is no right time to to act. The stars won't align. It's not like one day you will wake up Say, Hey, now I have the courage to live my own life.

Now, it starts with a decision that you can, that you can make something happen, say, Okay, I decide right now, I'm committed to make a deck to have a better life and something that I truly want. And it's about developing more courage to laugh. So how do you do that? Every day, you do something that scares you a little bit. You don't need to do something that really scares you just do something a little bit outside of your comfort zone. It's like a muscle.

Every day you do it and it's everyday you do it, you will grow and you will increase your sense of courage. So if you increase your courage, you will become a successful and if you add competence, it means that the more competence you have about something, the more success you will have. So if you dare to act, despite the fears, if you become a competent in your job, the more competent you become, the higher the chances of of like, the more chances you have about getting a race. If you become a competent, you will become a successful, because remember, it's about doing the right things over and over again and betting in being good at them. So if you do that over and over again, you become a competitive, you will competant you become successful. And number three, it's about increasing your level of confidence.

And how do you do that? You just show your brain that you were able to do something well over and over again. For example, you want to become a confident that giving a presentation. You just remind yourself of the times when you gave a great presentation, and you show your brain over and over again, because confidence is about reinforcing something positively. If you think about that, let's say that there is a chair in front of you. How confident are you that you can just sit on this chair and that you won't be on the ground.

Because you did that over and over again. You sat on chairs and you were still alive. You reinforced positively the fact that you sat on the chair and you are still alive so I can sit on the chair, okay, I can sit on the chair and reinforce it positively. And this is what confidence is about. So let's say that you want to have more success at giving a presentation. First, you must dare to act even if you are afraid.

You must get competence. It means that you can read books, you can ask people who give amazing presentations, and you ask this person, how did you do it? What are the three most important things that you must do to give a great presentation, and then you increase your confidence, it means that you will remind yourself a time when you gave a great presentation. And even if you never have given a presentation, you will use visualization and you will visualize yourself doing the presentation over and over again and being a big success. So number five was about increasing the courage that you have the competence the confidence so that you can have more success. Number six, It's about living with purpose.

Successful people, they wake up in the morning, and they have a purpose it means that they know why they wake up in the morning, they know why they take the actions, they have purpose behind the actions. So we saw before that you must have intention, intention for your goals for the experiences and for who you want to become. But then you must also know why you want to have the thing. So here the intentions Why do you want to have these goals? Why do you want to have a better head? Why do you want to have great relationships?

Why do you want to have that job? And if you know the reason why it will be easier to take action, because knowing why will be more powerful than just knowing how to get something because if you know what you want, and then you will be afraid There will be fear that will come in. If you know why you want it and why it's important for you, you will be able to take action and you will be able to experience success. If I ask you this question, if you What would you be willing to do for your children? Let's see, imagine that you have children, you say on almost everything, because it's my children, and it's really something I care about. So it's your purpose that you have.

And what if you tie your goals to your kids? You can say, Okay, I will do that for my kids. How powerful Do you think it is? And how likely are you going to experience success? You can see here that becoming more successful, it's about finding purpose in everything. When you wake up in the morning, you wake up, do you wake up and you are energized?

And do you want to take action because you're excited about the day? If not, you must find purpose for your life. Again. You don't need to Ask yourself the question, what is my life's purpose? But just ask yourself this question, why do I want to do this action? Why do I want to accomplish that?

Why do I want to go to work today? And you can see here that the question is framed positively. It's not framed. Why do I have to go to work today? Now is why do I want to go to work? Why do I want because then you change the perception about the task or the action that you have to take.

So ask yourself this question, why do I want to do this action? Why do I want to accomplish that? You have to go to the gym. Why do I want to go to the gym, or I want to go to the gym because it's important for me, I want to have a great body, and then you find a purpose. So it's important that you tie purpose, with every goal that you have, and with who you want to become and the experiences that you want to, to have in your life. So try to have more purpose.

And number seven, it's about time. hard and smart work. So most people who say yes, to be successful, you must work hard. And you can see that sometimes I would say 90 90% of the time, people who work hard, but don't understand how to capture value, don't understand wealth, or don't understand the quality of the work of their work. They just say, Oh, I would work hard and I will be successful. And you can see that people who are really working hard, are sometimes not the most successful people.

Because working hard and working smart is different. You must work hard, it means that you must put the hours you must do hard stuff, you must really spend time doing things. And at the same time, you must be smart about the work that you do. being smart, being that you will do work that will give you a great return on investment. That's To increase your lifestyle, and that will make you grow. And that is aligned with who you want to become, and the goals that you want to have and the experiences that you want to have in your life.

And when you have found what you want the goals that you want to have the experience that you have in the identity that you want to have, that could you want to become when you found your purpose. And then when you're ready to put in the hours to work hard and work smart because you are working towards your goals and towards something that you want, then you will experience success. On top of that you become more courageous. Every day you do something that scares you, you become a competant it means that you will ask yourself the question, what are the things that I want to achieve? What do I have to learn in order to be to do that, and confidence you will reinforce positively the actions that you take. And you have defined the goals that you have the experience that you have a data entity that you have. So I know that it's really a lot for the first chapter. But what I would encourage you to do is just to reflect on these points here. And just to take a piece of paper and write down Okay, what are my goals? What are my experience? What is the identity that I want to have?

How can I change how I feel instantly, okay, I have to raise my standards. Why is it important to me to raise my standards? How can I increase my security, okay, I can use the Superman posture and smile and you write down, you can rewatch this video here and write everything down. Okay, I want to have the green glasses. Okay, who is the mentor that I could reach out to? How can I become courageous?

What is something that scares me and that I can do every day? How can I become more competent? How can I reinforce positively everything that I do? How can I find my purpose? Why do I want to do this action? And then Am I ready to work hard?

Am I committed to take that to invest time, energy, maybe money into creating what I truly want in my life? And if the answer is yes, you are on your path to success. As you can see here, it's not something that is easy, but it's something that every successful people do.
