Let's not talk about happiness. First I'd like to tell you that happiness is a choice. People who are really successful is because they have chosen to be happy. It's not that they woke up one morning and say, Hey, I'm happy. It doesn't happen like that. It's because they have a set of processes, I would say, of way of thinking and way of looking at life, that make them happy.

So you can be happy right now, I would like to tell you that happiness is a choice. Why do most people never be like why are not people truly happy? It's because they have a rule of happiness. That is in the future, and that is difficult to attain. My rule to be happy before was I have to make $10,000 per month I must have so big house I must have the big car and I must have done doesn't have all the lists, it means that I will be happy when I have the big house $10,000 bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla, it's really difficult to be happy if I have a rule like that. So the time when I was truly unhappy is because I had the rule in the future that was difficult to attain.

And if you want to become happier, it's about changing the rules that we have for success for happiness. So I encourage you right now to take a piece of paper and to write down my rule is my rule to be happy is and you just write down and if you have a rule that is really difficult to attain, I can bet that you are not really happy every day. My rule to be happy is that and then you ask yourself this question. Do you want to experience more happiness? If you want to experience more happiness? And then I will say, yeah, maybe what? Do you want to spend months, maybe months or years, being unhappy for something that is in the future?

Like what is the quality of life that you want? In my case, I want to be happy every day. And guess what if you're happy every day, you are more motivated to take action rather than if you're unhappy? Yes, if you're unhappy, you can be frustrated and then take action but you want to be frustrated for months for years. Think it's living a great quality of life, I don't think so. So by changing the rule, and I encourage you to make something that is really easy to attain, in my case, it's like, I'm happy if I'm alive, you can say I'm happy.

If I take one action towards my goal, I'm happy. If I breathe, I'm happy. If I jumped, I'm happy. If I talk, you can have something that is really easy to attain. If you want to have a more elaborate rule, you can have one and you can, but I encourage you to find one that is easy to attain. Number two, be 100% present.

When you are present, it means that when you're fully aware of everything that is happening around you, you tend to feel good, because our default state is to be fully aware and to be present. And if we are present will naturally feel good. Because in our body, it's it's ingrained that when we act Prison. When you are fully aware, you think, well, if you meditate, how do you feel when you meditate? Do you feel happy and you still feel good? Or do you feel bad and depressed and in negative mood?

And by doing that every morning for 10 minutes, you will become more present in your day to day life and you will become happier. If you have to be present instantly. What I do is that instantly, I will just focus on everything that is around me and try to be more aware. So we'll focus on the colors in this studio. I will just focus on the sensations that I have of my feets on the ground, I will focus on the air that I'm getting from the ventilator. I will focus on the lights that are in my eyes.

I would just focus on the noises around me. And by doing that, you can see As I'm fully present, I can also focus, for example, on the weight of my tongue. I know it's, it sounds crazy, but if you right now you focus on the weight of your tongue. Can you think about the past or the future, you can truly say something that's a great tip so that you can increase and that you can recall, become more prisons. Number three, it's about focusing happiness, the choice, you could focus right now on something that would make you sad. If you focus right now, if you put your attention on something that will make you sad, how do you feel?

You feel sad? If you focus on a happy memory on something that makes you feel amazing? How do you feel amazing? So if you want to be happy, you have to focus on things that make you happy. So how do you do that? You just close your eyes and you remember a time when you felt happy, or you remember time when you have experienced the emotion of happiness in your body.

It can be at work, it can be home, in your personal professional life. And the more you focus on that, the more happiness you will experience. Because successful people, they know how to activate happiness. And it's here it's the distinction they know how to activate. Happiness is not something that you wake up is, Hey, I am happy. They have a rule for happiness that is really easy to attain.

They know how to be fully aware how to be more present with everything that is around them, and they know how to focus on great things. I want you to focus on the glass half full instead of half empty. So focus on things that make you happy, instead of things that make you sad. Number four, if you grow towards your goals, you will see happiness. Human beings have this ability to take action. And if we see that we are growing and that we are moving towards our goals, who will figure If you are not growing with sad frustration, anger, depression.

So if you want to have more happiness, you first define the goals that you want. And everyday, I would like you to take a small action towards a goal. Every day you say, Oh, I want to become better at approaching people. Every day we'll approach one person. And then the day after I will, for example, they will approach one person today after I will read the book on how to approach people. The day after I will talk to a friend on how I can improve my conversation skills.

The day after we do that, if every day you take a small action towards a goal, and you see that you grow and you can grow in the right direction, or the wrong direction. It means that you can do something that is wrong for you, but you grow and you thought that it was the goal for you. So you you grow in that direction that is not the direction but it doesn't matter because you you are still growing and then you change the direction you change you go and you still growing. And when you're growing, you're happy. Number five, I would like you to become grateful. When you are freed, you cannot be grateful.

When you are grateful, you cannot be afraid. And if you are if you make the habit of being more grateful every day, it will increase your happiness level. What is being grateful? It means that every day when you wake up, you will ask yourself this question, what are three things that I'm grateful for? And if you think about people that you love, about the change that you have about being alive, about the person that you care about, about the things that you have, about that smile. You can think about things that you like.

And when you think about that, how do you think you feel you feel amazing, you feel happy? Happy And You did great. And that can increase your happiness level. So, I encourage you to make the habit of everyday when you wake up, the first thing that you do is what are three things that I'm grateful for. And I would like you to feel the emotions. Okay?

Number six, have a more positive attitude towards life. And it comes with number seven. Do you value the little things? When you have something around you? That is beautiful. It can be someone walking down the streets, or it can be a car, it can be house, it can be a forest, it can be a river, take time to appreciate it and have a positive attitude towards life.

It means that you are stuck in traffic instead of saying oh my god I hate myself and being in a negative mood, ask yourself this question. How can I have fun with this situation? Or what is great about the situation right now? And you, you change your focus. And it changes your attitude. And asking yourself this question, what is great about this attitude, right?

What is great about the situation right now, it may be, oh, it's because I'm stuck in traffic. So I can relax, I can listen to my favorite music. I can call someone I love or I could just do my breathing exercise, or I could be grateful. And it changed everything. But if you don't have the positive attitude, and if you just say, Hi, I'm stuck in traffic and remember, you have the red glasses it means that you are looking at the glass half empty, you cannot become successful. So here as you can see, design training is about just changing your focus, changing your mindset, one step at a time, so that at the end of this online training, you become highly successful, because you will have this small mindset here, this small technique, this, this change of focus here, and it will just change your entire life that you can become successful.

So happiness is a choice, change you rule, my rule is, and you try to make it more attainable, become more become more present, how'd you do that you can meditate in the morning. And you can just become fully aware of everything that surrounds you. Focus on positive and happy memories. Take action towards your goals. And the more you grow, the happier you will become. And even if they are the wrong goals, just by knowing that you are growing, you will feel better and you will feel positive emotions, become grateful.

So ask yourself this question when you wake up in the morning. What are three things that I'm grateful for? positive attitude? What is great about the situation right now, instead of what's wrong or why do I deserve that and value the little things If there are things that are beautiful around you, even if they aren't, you say, Hey, I'm just going to value life right now. And if you do that, you will increase your happiness.
