Okay, so what I wanted to start off with is the very foundation, the core of everything about email etiquette. be professional. That's as simple as it is, really, overall, this course is going to be giving you different ideas on what professionalism is, when you should obviously, you know, take certain matters to other people, when you should handle it yourself. There's a lot of things to it. But at all times, the very foundation is to be professional, be courteous, everyone is a customer. It doesn't matter who you are, or what purpose that you serve inside of the company, whether it is your own as the owner, or you're just simply email support.

Being professional, being courteous. That's what's going to actually get you the furthest out of everything that we talk about. Because no matter what we happen to make mistakes, we are human we are, but when you're professional about these types of things, it's much less rigid in our society to make these mistakes as long as your professional while doing so or coming forward about said mistakes made, always be professional, I just want to nail that in so very deeply because I think that without you understanding that's the core foundation to everything we do and why it makes you more money, then it's kind of going to be a struggle. So exactly how you would act at work in life naturally, you want people to, you know, if everyone knew you go about as if everyone knew you where you lived who you are, they could always contact you.

And if you go through like that, you're gonna hold yourself at a much higher standard, and that professionalism will brush off and naturally it brushes off usually on the worst types of clients. So they raise their level and they, you know, treat you with respect. And I know that a lot of times there can be issues of people emailing you when they're in angry and obviously, writing all types of things, you know, blah, blah, blah. I can't believe this and that there's this issue. Just take a moment, and we're going to talk about how to handle those types of emails. But remember taking a breath, keeping the core idea of being professional in mind, and everything that you do will naturally work itself out to the best outcome possible.
