In this last part, I'd like to give some suggestions and ways we can navigate the process of changing our lives. This process of centration and dissolution, of coming and going of living and dying, these universal dynamics that inform our lives that are at the heart of the cosmic evolutionary process. We can recognize that ourselves and our lives are interwoven into the fabric of the universe. We are each the unique expression of its action, the latest form of a nearly 14 billion year journey to the present moment. We each deeply and truly belong here. We can also recognize that each of us is a particular form through which the universe can express itself in a unique way, never before seen in his entire history, and never to come again.
We can trust our inherent uniqueness, and cherishes preciousness as another way that we belong here. The more we can fully open to what is happening, the more access we will have to resources, inspirations and supports that will help us navigate change. Try to be open, truthful and transparent as much as possible. Try to be as transparent as glass, but without the glass. As we've seen previously, ourselves, our lives are made up of flowing change. So try to allow yourself and others to be different every day, every moment of needed to have a fluid identity.
For example, do you still like chocolate ice cream today? Give yourself permission to change. When crisis or change happens, look for the opportunity. crises are times when old structures are fading away, leaving an open field for innovation and creativity to enter one of the opportunities here, whereas creativity needed, where can you make a contribution? Change itself, isn't it For transformation, who will you be at the other end of it? Remember, the caterpillar could have never predicted it would become a butterfly after the end of its transformative process.
We don't know fully who we will be in five minutes or five years from now. But we can trust the process as reliable. Remember that everything is recycled. And so everything is needed and nothing is truly lost. Your own death can be seen as a crisis from your perspective. But as an opportunity for future life on Earth, your very atoms are needed to make your descendants and navigating crisis and change community is still important.
Recognize that everyone and everything around us is also going through change. And so we can look to elders, people, places and things that have gone through change for inspiration and wisdom. Recognize that you have weathered many, many changes in the past and you're still here. Each one of these changes has made you stronger and shaped you to who you are Today, this can be a big step towards learning deep trust. look to other beings and cosmic phenomena to have whether the ages and are still here. Recognize that you are a cosmic process no different than the people around you and the rivers, trees and stars.
Your atoms flow to you from the beginning of the universe, and will flow onward after you pass away. So be grateful to have this form while you do recognize that the universe is acting in your life just as it is everywhere else. The very same forces, powers and dynamics that shape the first galaxies ignited the stars, form the sun and brought life to the earth are present right now. Chances are they can carry you successfully into next week. Try to embrace the adventure of change, look for it and encourage it in your life. Try new things experiences.
Where is your life changing or wanting to change right now? This can be a clue to where your greatest creativity lies right now. Finally, Gratitude is one of the most powerful spiritual practices in working with change. Being grateful for life you have whatever it looks like, for the gift of life, and the gift of simply being here. One of the most powerful ways to live life fully is to acknowledge and be grateful for the life you have right now, just as it is, then let it go, in order to welcome what comes next. By embracing change, transformation and crisis, we allow ourselves to be fuller and fuller conduits for cosmic energy and creativity to flow benefiting ourselves, others and the planet in ways we cannot be impossible.
So let go and enjoy the ride.
