Welcome to our beautiful, beautiful hearts. So many of us have had them broken a multitude of times. We've been in unhealthy codependent relationships. We may hold grudges and find it hard to forgive. Or we may still have locked hearts from such sadness that we're carrying or grief from the loss of a loved one or many loved ones in our lives. This is just so so so no good for us, our hearts and minds and our bodies because our very selves hold on to this pain.

And in the long run, we get severely sick, we get disease and we die young. And this is a fact. And this is why you're here. You want to open these chakras. You want to open your heart. Open your heart To love to give and receive love and release yourself from the pain of the past.

So I have formulated this module around these things. And of course, once again, I'm here to support you all the way. I've been there and done that, with all these things. I've been in some terrible relationships, I have lost people I love dearly. And I'm still here today to say that I am happy, I'm peaceful. I have bliss and joy in my life.
