Present Moment – Being Mindful Meditation.
Mindfulness is not only about experiencing your breath rhythm, it is about accepting where you are in this very moment that you breathe. It is not about denying anything but recognizing it as part of the experience. When you are mindful of what you are being, you are mindful of who you are. This creates strength and acceptance in your being, which allows you to change that which does not serve you well in the very moment it does not serve you.
