Mind Body Scan Meditation
Stress creates emotional and physical symptoms for many of us. These symptoms are often disguised and manifest in physical or mental unease. We are so caught up in our daily actions that we overlook the connection between our emotional and physical state. A body scan meditation will help us check in with our bodies from head to toe and discover what we usually do not pay attention to. Breathing through these areas of unease while staying present will help relieve certain discomforts and strengthen our body, mind, and spirit.
