Detaching From Thought Meditation

One of the best ways to alleviate mental fatigue and stress is to detach from the very thing that causes it. The very act of needing control in itself creates an incredible amount of stress. So the very essence of letting go and detaching yourself mentally will ease so much internal struggle that you physically become more calm, relaxed, and able to think more clearly. In this meditation not only will you learn how to detach from your thoughts you will learn how to quiet the mind and create calm controlling clarity within. Separate observations from interpretations are key.. (what are the facts, just the facts) Experiencing the emotions that come with the thought is Just you sitting as a silent witness observing watching your thought through your breath, and embracing the detachment to your thoughts.
