Hello, welcome to this course, understand the modern buyer, where you will learn the various types of buyers. How do they approach their buying process? What tools and systems do they use? And how can you respond to not leave money on the table and keep building up the relationship? My name is Amanda Rosa. I'm an international key account manager.

I've been in sales for more than 20 years. I had my own sales office, and I've worked for some of the world's top companies like INEOS, Fujitsu, or shell. I handled customers from the various industry types and complexities like the owner, big for Michelin. I'm also the author of this book sales is my passion available in Amazon and other bookstores, so I know what I'm talking about. I'm still in sales in our days working for a big multinational It's the best practices of my roles and activity that I want to share with you, to empower you. I designed this course for all those struggling to close their deals, struggling to understand their buyer, wondering why their buyers give them such a hard time.

In the end of this course, you will be able to understand their processes, the various types of buyers and how can you adapt and respond to each of them, you will be able to close more deals, and to keep building up relationships with your customers for a long lasting future.
