I managed to get flagged with I think it was the LFC gadgets account I got flagged because I just follow too many people. For two weeks. I couldn't perform any follow or unfollow actions. I could post I could comment I could like, but I couldn't follow or unfollow. So don't be spammy. This is the limit.
I want to show you about 400 per day. So you will have to follow days and one on follow day. This will help you grow your account because those people are interested in your content.
