What's up guys, this is the last chapter, the last section of this course. And I want to bring you to case studies. This is the first one. So how I started Digital Lifestyle Instagram account, I started from zero, I didn't have any followers, I didn't have anybody on Instagram to give a shout out to blow up this account. I basically wanted to start from zero. And it was really difficult because to get the first 1000 followers i think is the most difficult task to do.

First of all, I didn't know what to share. I didn't have an idea of what feed I should build. I didn't have an idea of what the theme to create on my Instagram I didn't know what to share what type of content to share. And basically how I started off in this was about a year ago. So here In 361, it shows that my first media was in 2016 25th of August. So basically, that's a little bit of a lie there.

So that's not true because I started somewhere in May or June, maybe even in April of 2016. But I deleted deleted a lot of content, a lot of posts, mainly because it there were not my posts. So I started out by sharing quotes about entrepreneurship and motivational stuff. All this codes about life and success and so on. Now, the problem was that I was lazy, and I didn't produce any content. So I went to Fiverr and I bought a peck of Instagram post from the fiber marketplace.

So yeah, there are people out there who go on Instagram. They download a bunch have Instagram quotes in certain niche entrepreneurship, fitness, dog cats, whatever, they download a lot of pictures, they put it in a pack and they go on Fiverr and sell it. So I bought one of those packages. And I started to share. So this is still from so they chose this was my first pose. But this wasn't my first pose.

But this was from a an account entrepreneur USA. As you can see, I didn't have any logo on it. I didn't have the Digital Lifestyle logo on it. So I didn't really start to build my brand. I was basically building others brand. I was losing out.

So I want to say that not knowing what is your strategy, what is your tactic, what content strategy you have, what team you're going to do? Three hot start out. So once I figured out I started doing this, oh, god posted nine media started out. I did it for about maybe two months. I got like maybe 1000 2000 followers as I remember, then I stopped because I didn't produce any and I was lazy and I just stopped. I didn't see the I didn't see how I can monetize this or how I can make something out of that Instagram account.

So I stopped. And as you can see here on this graph here, I posted only nine times in August, then I posted a lot in October, November and December, I posted some, but I didn't post daily. That was my problem. And the really, I really started posting since January 2017. Let me show you another graph here. You can see here the yearly distribution.

Click this okay. So here is the yearly distribution for June July doesn't show any stats because I deleted lots of pictures, obviously. And from August you can see I posted Nine times 23 times 48 times 2019 times, then I really started posting since January. So 57 posted in January, which means almost two posts per day. In February I posted at times, that's a lot. So more than two times per day.

Here in March, I posted almost twice a day. And we are in April, I posted 22 times. So basically, I try to post two times a day that I found that that's how I can grow this account two times per day. And now I have a theme let me show you if you didn't see it yet. So I have a team I post a tip about usually social media or entrepreneurship or online marketing in general digital marketing, maybe t shirts because I sold t shirts before. I know Some good stuff about that.

So I'm posting tips. And I'm posting coats, obviously, the codes are not mine. But I do the creative I do the post. So let me show you I did this in Photoshop and I have my own branding on a digital lifestyle. I don't post any more third party here. Because I want to grow this brand.

And this account, not others account. And now I have a theme. Now I have I know what I'm going to share. And I know what I'm doing basically. Now this is really important that if you know what you're going to do what is your goal is going to be easy, easier to get to 1000 and once you get to 1000, it's easier to get to 5000 and to 10,000. But the key is the first 1000 so you have to know your content.

You have to know your goals. You have to know what you're going to share what type of feed you are going to do. Deal. If you know all that stuff from the course from the first two sections, the content, the goals, it's going to take you maybe three weeks, maybe four weeks, depending in what industry, what niche Are you in to build up your first 1000 followers, then from there on, actually, maybe 10% of that people will actually be engaging with you. And you will see who is liking your pictures, your posts a lot, then you can reach out by dming. And you can connect and you can build even more from there.

But the first 1000 is crucial. And you really need those three to four weeks. Sharing good content, awesome content and be patient with growing. You can use all the tactics to grow text I showed you before. The follow on follow the hashtags, that consistency, it's all part of it. And I'm pretty sure that You can get that in a month on thousand followers.

I want to show you also this Social Blade. So hi my how this account is growing at the moment. So here is the summary of this account. So basically I get 10 followers per day, which is 300 followers per month, which is not a lot. But this is due to I started this account. I did it for two months and I stopped.

I started again for maybe two months. Then I stopped for I don't know, I stopped for a long time. And I really started doing it from January so January, February, March and we are in April. This is four months and I had like, I think I had January I had like 2500 followers 200 to 2500 followers, maybe 3000. So in four months I've gained 2000 followers and obviously It's like I started from scratch. Because there was no engagement.

I didn't share daily. So people were not responding. And it's really hard to start over, but it's easier. And it was crucial to have those 2000 followers in January to start again. But as you can see, I don't have that much of an engagement. So I got like 100 likes per post.

That's the average, I should have more engagement, maybe 200 300 likes and more comments. Because if those 5000 followers be active, maybe half of them are active. And yeah, that's about it. So this is the case that this is where I am today. Maybe I will do updates. So I will update this course and I will update this case study as I grow, maybe at the end of summer in the end of the year.

I will update this Course. Now I want to show you my other account which is a feature account. So basically this I repost only on that the LFC gadgets account, it's about football. It's an easier niche. Because there are a lot of football fanatics out there, it's easier to grow that account. And I show you how I grew that from 1000 followers to 10,000.
