You will have many decisions to make throughout your child’s sports experiences. Make sure you don’t get pressured into making a choice that is not best for your child.
You need to understand if parents and players are in the same situation, they will usually make a decision that is best for them.
Always ask yourself when these difficult decisions come up, “Is This Best for My Child?” If not, then you don’t have to feel bad about the decision you make. 
You should help navigate your child through the decision process listing the pros and cons of each situation.  When the decision is made, you as a parent might have to help communicate it. Especially if your child is getting high levels of peer pressure to make a decision that is not best for him or her. You might have to be the one to take more of the heat to take the pressure off your child.
