DESCRIPTION: 
Parents, the best thing you can do is to stop coaching your child from the sideline. The only voice a player should receive instructions from is the voice of their coaching staff. 
When parents coach from the sidelines, it creates confusion, indecision, and can deflate confidence in your child.
The reality is you can only truly take instruction from one person at a time. Have you ever had multiple people try to give you instructions at the same time as an adult? It becomes counterproductive because you are not sure what to focus on.  
Players are at their best when they hear one voice and one set of instructions. 
Let the kids learn how to be coached, it is a skill they will need throughout their life regardless if they play sports or not.  Someone will always be in their life to guide them and more times than not, it is someone other than their parents.
