Dr. Mark Bertin is a developmental pediatrician and is a very active advocate for mindfulness in approaching ADHD. He is the author of 3 books 2 of which talk about family dynamics and ADHD. Mindful Parenting for ADHD and The Family ADHD Solution integrate mindfulness into the rest of evidence-based ADHD care. How Children Thrive is another book that shows strategies to build resilience in children. Dr. Bertin is on faculty at New York Medical College and the Windward Teacher Training Institute, and on the advisory boards for the non-profits common sense media and reaches out and read. He is a regular columnist for the mindful magazine, and his blog is available through Mindful.org and Psychology Today.
