DESCRIPTION: 
Dr. Samir Dalwai is a developmental pediatrician and the founder-director of the New Horizons Child Development Centre. He is also an honorary consultant at the neurodevelopmental Clinic, Lokmanya Tilak Municipal General Hospital and Medical College, and an expert panel member of the Maharashtra State Commission for the Protection of Child Rights. He has also served as the National Chairperson, Chapter of Developmental Pediatrics at the Indian Academy of Pediatrics from 2014-2017, and also as the President at the Mumbai Branch of Indian Academy of Pediatrics.
Dr. Dalwai founded the New Horizons Group in 2003 as a social venture to provide physical and mental health along with developmental services in different areas of child health enabling children with varying developmental, psychological, behavioral and academic concerns through research, rehabilitation, training, awareness, and advocacy through its various arms.
